Ametller Pons, Alcalde del Excmo. Ayuntamiento des Mercadal hace saber que contra el acuerdo adoptado en en sesión plenaria ordinaria de 22 de Febrero de 2023, la modificación parcial de la relación de subvenciones nominales del Presupuesto del Ayuntamiento de Es Mercadal del 2023, no se han presentado alegaciones por lo que se considera definitivamente aprobada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Directamente recurso contencioso y administrativo en el plazo de dos meses a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de este acuerdo, ante la Sala Contenciosa y administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;b) No obstante, se puede ejercitar cualquiera otro recurso que se considere pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
