    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;La Alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Son Servera (Illes Balears), mediante el Decreto núm. 2023-0431 de fecha 22 de marzo, ha resuelto a su parte bastante:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt;- Estimar positivamente la solicitud presentada por Juana Maria Bestard Morató, con DNI núm. ***9555**, con registro de entrada núm. 2022-E-RE-3787 de 21 de noviembre de 2022, en el sentido de reconocerle el nivel I (grupo A2) de la carrera profesional y 592 días sobrantes, con fecha de efectos a 01 de septiembre de 2022, d de acuerdo con lo previsto en la disposición transitoria primera de la modificación del Acuerdo de la carrera profesional para el personal funcionario y laboral del Ayuntamiento de Son Servera, aprobado para el Pleno de la Corporación, en sesión ordinaria de fecha 15 de septiembre de 2022, publicado en el BOIB núm. 124 de 22 de septiembre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/strong&gt; Incluir a Juana María Bestard Morató, con DNI núm. ***9555**, en la lista definitiva del personal funcionario y laboral incluido en el ámbito de aplicación de la disposición transitoria primera de la modificación del Acuerdo de la carrera profesional para el personal funcionario y laboral del Ayuntamiento de Son Servera, publicado en el BOIB núm. 124, de 22 de septiembre de 2022, con indicación particular del nivel de encuadre y los días sobrantes, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el punto cuarto y quinto del acuerdo reseñado, como sigue a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
