    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cumplimiento del artículo 45.1.a) de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, el presente anuncio publica las adjudicaciones de un puesto en el &lt;strong&gt;Mercat Agrari Agromaó 2023&lt;/strong&gt;, otorgadas por el Decreto de Alcaldía n.º 2023/DA/0000985, de fecha 20 de marzo de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Autorizar a las personas interesadas relacionadas a continuación a instalar un puesto del &lt;strong&gt;Mercat Agromaó,&lt;/strong&gt; hasta el día 31 de diciembre de 2023, en el espacio destinado a este mercado, situado en las calles Nou-s'Arravaleta&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No admitir la solicitud presentada por María Juana Marqués Caules, con DNI &lt;/span&gt;4*75***7G, &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;porque no ha presentado la documentación exigida en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;apartado 4, puntos a y d, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de las bases de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;. Las condiciones de funcionamiento del mercado son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Abrirá todos los domingos, de 9.00 a 14.00 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) El horario del montaje será de 8.00 a 9.00 horas y el de desmontaje, de 14.00 a 15.00 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Las medidas de los puestos serán de 2x1 m. El Ayuntamiento ha uniformizado los mercados municipales confeccionando toldos y faldones que serán suministrados a las personas adjudicatarias, que obligatoriamente deberán emplearlos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) La autorización para montar un puesto será intransferible y revocable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) La vigilancia y conservación del espacio será responsabilidad exclusiva de la persona autorizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f) La autorización no exime a la persona titular de solicitar y obtener licencias de otras administraciones, en conformidad con las normativas que le son de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g) Las autoridades municipales podrán ordenar, en cualquier momento, que un funcionario/a realice visita de inspección para comprobar el cumplimiento de las condiciones exigidas en la presente autorización, así como de la ocupación continuada del puesto, según solicitud. Este funcionario/a podrá imponer, si procede, las sanciones pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h) En los puestos no podrán instalarse equipos de sonido, ni música, ni megafonía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;i) Por razones de interés público, se podrá trasladar puntualmente la ubicación del mercado, previo aviso a las personas autorizadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;j) Cuando, por motivo de incompatibilidad con otras actividades —de fuerza mayor, a causa de las condiciones meteorológicas u otros— no pueda llevarse a cabo el mercado, ello no implicará su apertura en días diferentes a los previstos, excepto en los supuestos que expresamente autorice el alcalde o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;k) En todo momento, las personas autorizadas deberán cumplir los protocolos y las normas higiénicas vigentes a raíz de la crisis sanitaria del Covid-19, relativas a los mercados de venta ambulante al aire libre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO&lt;/strong&gt;. La lista de personas interesadas autorizadas se remitirá a la Policía Local, junto con los datos de los vehículos que podrán acceder a la zona de venta, con el fin de realizar la carga y descarga, durante los horarios de montaje y desmontaje —respectivamente— de los puestos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.&lt;/strong&gt; El orden de ocupación de los puestos se ha realizado por sorteo. Se entregará un plano de situación a cada una de las personas adjudicatarias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cada puesto ocupará un espacio de 2 x 1 m, &lt;strong&gt;con una separación de 2 metros&lt;/strong&gt; entre cada puesto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
