    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El concejal delegado de Urbanismo y Medio Ambiente, por Decreto núm. 2023000965 de fecha 14/03/2023, ha concedido la licencia urbanística núm. 2021/359G a la entidad EDISTRIBUCIÓN REDES DIGITALES S.L.U, pera la reforma de la línea aérea de media tensión 15 kV y soporte a la línea "Son Colom", con la finalidad de posibilitar un nuevo suministro de 4.772,82 kW causado por la electrificación del polígono industrial "Sa Creu" Sector 1 del término municipal de Porreres, en la afectación dentro del término municipal de Llucmajor que consiste en un nuevo trazado de LSMT 3x1x240 a 12/20 kV, desde la conexión en la subestación de Llucmajor hasta a la nueva torre metálica T143 donde se realizará la nueva CAS y apertura de la zanja con calzada de tierra con una longitud total de 80 metros, en el polígono 13, parcela 519 (subestación de Llucmajor), con el presupuesto siguiente: 131.474,73 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Esta licencia queda sometida a las siguientes CONDICIONES ESPECIALES:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Se deberán cumplir las condiciones que indica el servicio técnico municipal en los informes de 27/07/2022 y 6/03/2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Se deberá dar cumplimiento a lo que dispone el acuerdo plenario de fecha &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;22/12/2022 adopt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;r la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Comissió de Medi Ambient de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; que s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;acompa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ña&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sí&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la&lt;/span&gt; resolución del &lt;em&gt;Conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica&lt;/em&gt;, con RGE 2023002940 de fecha 1/02/2023:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
