&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;(CRÉDITO EXTRAORDINARIO 05/2023)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ejercicio 2023&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En la intervención de este Ayuntamiento, y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 179.4 y 169 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, se expone al público la modificación &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;05&lt;/span&gt;/2023 en la modalidad de crédito extraordinario financiado con remanente de tesorería para gastos generales, para dotar de crédito para llevar a cabo la ejecución de una obra para la construcción de una nave para la brigada, aprobada inicialmente en sesión plenaria de 16/03/2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las personas interesadas, que estén legitimadas según lo dispuesto en el artículo 170.1 del citado Real decreto Legislativo 2/2004, y por los motivos enumerados en el número 2 del artículo 170, podrán presentar reclamaciones con sujeción a los trámites siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. Plazo de exposición y admisión de reclamaciones: quince días hábiles a contar desde el siguiente al de la fecha de publicación de este anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Oficina de presentación: Registro General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Órgano ante el cual se reclama: Pleno del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En el supuesto de que no se presente ninguna reclamación, la modificación presupuestaria se considerará definitivamente aprobada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
