![CDATA[Nombramiento de personal funcionario de carrera policía local por movilidad del Ayuntamiento de Inca ]] CAIB 2023-03-18 671189 es text/html 2023-03-16 110 2023-03-18 14503 CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Nombramiento de personal funcionario de carrera del Ayuntamiento de Inca </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante el decreto de alcaldía núm. 2023-0372, de día 24 de febrero, se ha resuelto lo siguiente: </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">«La Junta de Gobierno del Ayuntamiento de Inca, en fecha 15 de septiembre de 2021, aprobó las bases del proceso selectivo para proveer dos plazas de personal funcionario de carrera de policía local por movilidad por el sistema de concurso de méritos , cuyas bases y la convocatoria se publicaron en el BOIB núm. 129 de 18 de septiembre de 2021.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Finalizado el proceso selectivo, en fecha 21 de octubre de 2022,el Tribunal hizo pública la relación de aprobados y elevó esta relación, junto con el acta, al Sr. Alcalde para que formule el nombramiento como personal funcionario de carrera en la categoría de Policía local, al Sr. JCBM, titular del DNI núm. 41_938H.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las personas aspirantes propuestas debían aportar ante la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, dentro del plazo de 5 días hábiles a partir de la publicación en la página web de la propuesta de nombramiento, los documentos que acreditaban que cumplen los requisitos generales que exige la convocatoria debidamente compulsados o validados electrónicamente.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">En fecha 28/10/2022, mediante registro de entrada núm. 2022-E-RC-14527, el Sr. JCBM, con DNI 41_938H, ha presentado los documentos requeridos, por lo que debe procederse a su nombramiento como Funcionario de carrera Policía local de Administración especial, y en el plazo de diez (10) días, a contar desdela fecha de cese de la plaza que ocupaba con anterioridad, deberá tomar posesión de su cargo.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por todo lo expuesto y visto el informe favorable emitido por la técnica de administración general interina que consta en el expediente, de acuerdo con lo que preceptúa el artículo 41.14 a) del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre , por lo que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales,<strong> HE RESUELTO</strong>:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"><strong>PRIMERO.- Aceptar</strong> la propuesta del Tribunal Calificador y en consecuencia, nombrar al Sr. JCBM, titular del DNI 41_938H, como personal Funcionario de carrera en la categoría de Policía local.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"><strong>SEGUNDO.
