&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que por acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de fecha 24 de noviembre de 2022 se convocó el proceso selectivo correspondiente a las bases específicas que deben regir la convocatoria del proceso selectivo para cubrir una plaza de auxiliar administrativo/atención al público, de administración general, personal funcionario del Ayuntamiento de Santa Eugenia, por el sistema de concurso, que consta dentro de la oferta de empleo público por la estabilización de personal temporal, las cuales se publicaron íntegramente en el Boib núm. 155 de fecha 29 de noviembre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que en el BOE 41 de fecha 17 de febrero de 2023 se publicó la resolución del plazo para presentación de solicitudes y terminado el plazo de presentación de las mismas para tomar parte en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En uso a las atribuciones que me confiere la vigente legislación, emite la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Expte: 448/2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El sr. Joan Riutort Crespí, como Alcalde-Presidente del Ayuntamiento de Santa Eugènia (Illes Balears)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo previsto en las bases específicas que deben regir la convocatoria del proceso selectivo para cubrir una plaza de auxiliar administrativo/a atención al público, de administración general, personal funcionario del Ayuntamiento de Santa Eugenia, por el sistema de concurso, que consta dentro de la oferta de empleo público por la estabilización de personal temporal, las cuales se publicaron íntegramente en el Boib núm. 155 de fecha 29 de noviembre de 2022 y en el BOE 41 de fecha 17 de febrero de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;He resuelto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar provisionalmente la relación de personas aspirantes que reúnen todos los requisitos de las bases específicas del proceso de selección para cubrir la plaza objeto de la convocatoria del Ayuntamiento de Santa Eugenia, de acuerdo con el siguiente detalle:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
