&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cumplimiento con lo previsto en el artículo 43 y siguientes del Real Decreto 2568/1986 de 28 de noviembre por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Corporaciones Locales, se hace público que con fecha 13 de marzo de 2023, se ha dictado el siguiente Decreto de la Alcaldía:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;DECRETO.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;- Habiéndose detectado un error en el Decreto núm. 2023-2030 de fecha 06 de marzo de 2023 mediante el presente y de conformidad a lo previsto en el artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;- Rectificar el error existente en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;punto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;primero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; del Decreto núm. 2023-2030 de fecha 06 de marzo de 2023 en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt; &amp;nbsp;“ &lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;.-&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Revocar las delegaciones efectuadas con fecha 15 de diciembre de 2020 y 10 de enero de 2023, en materia de protección civil, voluntariado y desarrollo local a la Concejala Dª. Desiré a Ruiz Mostazo.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ha de decir: &lt;/strong&gt;“ &lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Revocar las delegaciones efectuadas con fecha 15 de diciembre de 2020, 15 de diciembre de 2022 y 10 de enero de 2023 en materia de protección civil, voluntariado, desarrollo local, formación y trabajo a la Concejala Dª. Desiré a Ruiz Mostazo.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Rectificar el error existente en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;punto cuarto &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;del Decreto núm 2023-2030 de fecha 06 de marzo de 2023 en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“ - Acuerdos necesarios para el seguimiento y correcto funcionamiento de la concesión de alumbrado público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Procedimientos relacionados con el seguimiento del mantenimiento de las vías públicas, parques infantiles, así como los relacionados con todas las obras municipales promovidas por el Ayuntamiento, por el Consorcio Ibiza Patrimonio de la Humanidad, patronatos municipales y concesionarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Aprobación de los proyectos de obras previstos en el artículo 21 o) de la Ley 7/1985.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Ha de decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“ Acuerdos necesarios para el seguimiento y correcto funcionamiento de la concesión de alumbrado público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Procedimientos relacionados con el seguimiento del mantenimiento de las vías públicas, parques infantiles, así como los relacionados con todas las obras municipales promovidas por el Ayuntamiento, por el Consorcio Ibiza Patrimonio de la Humanidad, patronatos municipales y concesionarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Aprobación de los proyectos de obras previstos en el artículo 21 o) de la Ley 7/1985.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Procedimientos de otorgamiento de licencias de ocupación de vía pública vinculadas a obras y vados”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/strong&gt;- Que se notifique el presente Decreto a los interesados, se proceda a la publicación del mismo al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y se dé cuenta del mismo al Pleno de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Eivissa,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
