    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Son Servera, en sesión ordinaria de 19 de enero de 2023 acordó aprobar el Reglamento de organización y funcionamiento del Consejo Municipal del Deporte del Ayuntamiento de Son Servera.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;El edicto de aprobación inicial se publica en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento en fecha 26 de enero de 2023 i en el BOIB núm. 13 de 28 de enero de 2023. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;De acuerdo con los artículos 22.2.d), 49 i 70.2 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local y el artículo 102 de la Ley 20/2006 de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears i habiendo transcurrido el plazo de exposición al público sin que se haya presentado ninguna alegación ni reclamación, queda aprobado definitivamente el Reglamento de organización y funcionamiento del Consejo Municipal del Deporte del Ayuntamiento de Son Servera que se transcribe íntegramente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“REGLAMENTO DE ORGANIZACIÓN Y FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL CONSEJO MUNICIPAL DEL DEPORTE DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE SON SERVERA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preámbulo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La participación ciudadana es el derecho de las personas y entidades a intervenir en los asuntos públicos, así como en el proceso de toma de decisiones. La Constitución española de 1978 ha consagrado definitivamente los principios fundamentales que deben inspirar la actuación de todos los poderes públicos, y reconoce en su artículo 23 el derecho de la ciudadanía a participar en los asuntos públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por eso el Ayuntamiento de Son Servera, haciendo uso de las facultades que le confiere la legislación vigente y ante la importancia del deporte en general y en la vida de la ciudad en particular, en el tejido asociativo y como elemento educativo, impulsor y facilitador de la integración y la cohesión social, considera adecuada la creación del Consejo Municipal del Deporte, con el que quiere articular y hacer pública su voluntad de incrementar la participación de los ciudadanos y ciudadanas en los asuntos públicos y en la vida colectiva del pueblo de Son Servera en este ámbito. A tal efecto puede asesorar al gobierno municipal en materia deportiva, puede generar debate y conocimientos sobre el deporte en la ciudad, puede apoyar a la hora de elaborar propuestas y formular recomendaciones, puede participar a la hora de realizar el seguimiento planes y programas deportivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 1 &lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Objeto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El presente Reglamento tiene por objeto regular la organización y funcionamiento del Consejo Municipal del Deporte de Son Servera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Consejo Municipal del Deporte es un órgano de carácter consultivo que tiene por objeto asesorar al gobierno municipal en materia deportiva. Con la creación de este órgano se pretende crear un espacio donde los diferentes colectivos relacionados con el mundo del deporte puedan canalizar sus opiniones, sugerencias, necesidades, problemáticas, propuestas, iniciativas e inquietudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Consejo Municipal del Deporte se adscribe al Área de Deportes del Ayuntamiento de Son Servera, que se encargará de que las propuestas e informaciones que surjan sean convenientemente tramitadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 2 &lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Ámbito&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El ámbito territorial del Consejo Municipal del Deporte es el municipio de Son Servera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 3 &lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Finalidades y atribuciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las funciones y atribuciones del Consejo Municipal del Deporte son, básicamente, las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Actuar como órgano de información y consulta en materia de ordenación y fomento del deporte, para crear espacios de expresión y reflexión amplios y multisectoriales que integren las ópticas políticas, técnicas y ciudadanas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Colaborar en la política de fomento de la práctica deportiva y promoción del deporte en el pueblo, en las diferentes franjas de edad y vertientes deportivas, especialmente en el deporte de base, y promover la participación de las mujeres en igualdad de condiciones y oportunidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Favorecer que la política deportiva del Ayuntamiento se adecue a los intereses de los ciudadanos y ciudadanas, con el objetivo de mejorar la salud, la calidad de vida y el bienestar de la población.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Fomentar el fortalecimiento de la vida asociativa en el ámbito deportivo en todas sus manifestaciones y consolidar la relación entre el Ayuntamiento de Son Servera y las asociaciones y clubes deportivos del pueblo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Potenciar la coordinación entre las diferentes instituciones y agentes que actúan en el ámbito deportivo, ya sean públicos o privados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TÍTULO II&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;ORGANIZACIÓN Y FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL CONSEJO&lt;/strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 4&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Los órganos del Consejo Municipal del Deporte son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Órgano unipersonal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• El presidente o la presidenta, que será el alcalde/alcaldesa del Ayuntamiento de Son Servera aunque puede delegar la presidencia al concejal/a del área municipal de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Órganos colegiados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Asamblea plenaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Las comisiones de trabajo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 5 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Presidencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El presidente/a del Consejo Municipal del Deporte tiene las siguientes atribuciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• La representación institucional del Consejo Municipal del Deporte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Convocar, presidir y fijar el orden del día de las sesiones de la Asamblea Plenaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Elevar a los órganos competentes del Ayuntamiento de Son Servera las propuestas que acuerde la Asamblea Plenaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Autorizar, con su visto bueno, todas las actas del Consejo Municipal del Deporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Cualquier otra función intrínseca al cargo de presidente/a y las que le sean expresamente delegadas por la Asamblea Plenaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 6 &lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Vicepresidencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Corresponde al vicepresidente/a del Consejo sustituir al presidente/a en caso de vacante, ausencia o enfermedad, y asumir sus atribuciones y facultades, así como también desempeñar las funciones que le delegue el presidente/a del Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 7 &lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Asamblea Plenaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La Asamblea Plenaria está integrada por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Presidente/a: alcalde/alcaldesa del Ayuntamiento de Son Servera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vicepresidente: El concejal/a del área municipal de Deportes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Un trabajador municipal adscrito al Departamento de Deportes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los presidentes y las presidentas de los clubes deportivos del término de Son Servera, o la persona en quien delegue que forme parte de la directiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Un representante designado por cada partido político con representación en el Consistorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Actuará como secretario/a un trabajador del Ayuntamiento de Son Servera, con voz y sin voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez constituida la Asamblea Plenaria con los miembros de los puntos a,b,c,d,e y f, la propia Asamblea podrá acordar incluir cualquier otro miembro cuya asistencia se considere conveniente dada su significación en el mundo deportivo local, con un número máximo de 5 personas, que podrán ser elegidos entre los siguientes colectivos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El técnico deportivo de la comarca de Levante del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Una persona representante de las empresas deportivas con domicilio fiscal en el municipio de Son Servera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Una persona representante de los entrenadores titulares no vinculados a ningún club deportivo serverino que estén empadronados en el municipio de Son Servera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Una persona representante de los titulados en educación física o en actividades físico-deportivas que estén empadronados en el municipio de Son Servera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Una persona representante de los centros escolares de Son Servera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Una persona representante de otros agentes deportivos que tengan su domicilio fiscal en el municipio de Son Servera o que estén empadronados en el municipio de Son Servera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A las reuniones de la Asamblea Plenaria del Consejo Municipal del Deporte, pueden asistir, con voz y sin voto, las personas, que por razón de su profesión o conocimientos sean invitadas por el presidente o la presidenta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Las funciones de la Asamblea Plenaria son: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Informar sobre aquellas materias que el presidente/a de la Asamblea Plenaria someta a su consideración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Proponer iniciativas en el Ayuntamiento en materia de deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Potenciar el conocimiento y coordinación entre instituciones y entidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Analizar el deporte en la ciudad, promover debates y sensibilizar sobre las cuestiones clave.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Acordar la constitución de las comisiones de trabajo y su composición de acuerdo a los ámbitos y temas priorizados como objeto de estudio. También corresponde a la Asamblea Plenaria aprobar las propuestas de los estudios elaborados por los grupos de trabajo constituidos. Corresponde al presidente/a elevar las propuestas al órgano de gobierno municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cualquier otra dentro de las funciones del Consejo mencionadas artículo 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 8 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Nombramiento de los miembros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La presidencia del Consejo, a propuesta de las entidades, asociaciones, instituciones y grupos políticos, o de la propia Asamblea, nombrará a los miembros que deban formar parte de la Asamblea del Consejo Municipal del Deporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 9 &lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;El secretario o la secretaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El secretario o la secretaria y tiene las siguientes funciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Convocar las sesiones de la Asamblea Plenaria por orden del presidente o la presidentas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Redactar&amp;nbsp; las actas de las sesiones, autorizarlas con su firma y el visto bueno del presidente o la presidenta, y expedir certificados de los acuerdos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Custiodar los documentos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Cualquier otra función que se le asigne por delegación expresa de la Asamblea Plenaria del Consejo Municipal del Deporte &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 10 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Comisiones de trabajo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La Asamblea Plenaria podrá acordar la constitución de las comisiones de trabajo que considere necesarias en materias propias de su competencia, y tienen como finalidad el estudio, informe y propuesta sobre los temas propuestos por el presidente/a Consejo o aquellos otros cuyo análisis se considere conveniente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Cada comisión de trabajo la forman:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Un coordinador/a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Vocales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Pueden ser vocales de las comisiones los miembros del Consejo salvo los representantes designados por cada grupo político municipal a menos que la propia comisión considere necesaria su presencia. Los miembros de la comisión también pueden invitar a participar a otras personas por su especial relación o implicación con los temas de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es posible la participación de una misma persona en distintas comisiones de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los vocales miembros de las diferentes comisiones así como su coordinador/a de trabajo los propone y designa a la Asamblea Plenaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El número de vocales que componen cada comisión es variable y depende del ámbito de la tarea y del tema específico que se trabaje. En ningún caso se puede superar los 8 miembros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. A los coordinadores les corresponde:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Convocar y dirigir las reuniones y los debates de la comisión de trabajo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Remitir a la Presidencia del Consejo los informes, propuestas, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Actuar como portavoz de la comisión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 11 &lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Duración del mandato&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La duración en el cargo de los miembros que forman parte del Consejo será de cuatro años y, en todo caso, lo que dure la legislatura o cargo. Los vocales podrán ser renovados por igual duración, siempre que formen parte de las instituciones o asociaciones que estén representadas en el Consejo. El Consejo se renovará al inicio de cada mandato de la Corporación municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Las entidades y asociaciones representadas en el Consejo deberán comunicar los cambios producidos en su representación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Además de cesar por la finalización de cada mandato, los miembros del Consejo cesarán en los siguientes casos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Debido a fallecimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por renuncia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cuando pierda la condición de concejal o concejala del Ayuntamiento, o del cargo que ocupa que está vinculado a su nombramiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Como resultado de propuesta razonada y acuerdo mayoritario del organismo o entidad, o grupo político que el miembro represente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cuando el Pleno del Consejo adopte acuerdo en este sentido con el voto favorable de dos tercios de sus miembros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La pérdida de la condición de representante -de los clubes deportivos- por parte de un miembro del Consejo requiere la comunicación expresa al presidente oa la presidenta por parte de la entidad, que deberá designar a la persona sustituta para el resto del mandato, salvo que antes se hubiera nombrado a una persona suplente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 12 &lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Modificación de la composición&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La modificación de la composición del Consell, así como su disolución, corresponde exclusivamente al Ayuntamiento en pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TÍTULO III&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;RÉGIMEN DE LAS SESIONES Y ADOPCIÓN DE ACUERDOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 13 &lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La Asamblea Plenaria del Consejo Municipal del Deporte se reunirá en sesión ordinaria dos veces al año. La primera debe tener lugar en los tres primeros meses del año y la segunda en los tres últimos meses del año. De forma extraordinaria se reunirá cuando la convoque el presidente/a o cuando lo soliciten una tercera parte de sus miembros mediante escrito razonado en el que se justifiquen los motivos y la urgencia de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La convocatoria, la realizará el secretario del Consejo, por orden del presidente/a, con una antelación mínima de 48 horas con indicación del orden del día, lugar, fecha y hora de la reunión. Las sesiones extraordinarias deben convocarse con una antelación mínima de 24 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Los miembros de la Asamblea Plenaria del Consejo pueden proponer temas a incluir en la convocatoria. Para ello, deben dirigir por escrito al presidente/a las propuestas de temas que deban tratarse en las sesiones del Consejo antes de la convocatoria correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 14 &lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Constitución de las sesiones y adopción de acuerdos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Para la válida constitución de las sesiones del Consejo se deberá contar con, además del presidente/a o quien él/ella sustituya, y el secretario/a, con la mitad más uno de sus miembros. Si esto no se logra, en segunda convocatoria, media hora más tarde de la inicialmente prevista, quedará constituida válidamente cualquiera que sea el número de asistentes, que nunca podrá ser inferior a tres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Los acuerdos del Consejo se adoptarán por mayoría simple de los miembros asistentes. En caso de empate, decide el voto de calidad del presidente/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Los votos son personales e intransferibles, aunque los miembros del Consejo pueden abstenerse de votar. La ausencia, una vez comenzada la deliberación de un asunto, equivale, a efectos de votación, a la abstención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 15 &lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Modificación del Reglamento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La modificación parcial o total de este Reglamento corresponde exclusivamente al Pleno del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Disposición final&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Entrada en vigor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 103 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears, el presente Reglamento entrará en vigor una vez que se haya publicado su texto íntegro en el BOIB y haya transcurrido el plazo al que se refiere el artículo 113 de la citada Ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
