    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Alcalde-Presidente, en virtud del Decreto n.º 2023-0121, ha dispuesto el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDÍA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En fecha 28 de febrero de 2023 se dicta Decreto de Alcaldía 101/2023 relativo al nombramiento del funcionario de carrera Juan Diego Moreno Mondejar, policía local del Ayuntamiento de Deyá.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El periodo de prácticas está integrado por la superación tanto del curso de capacitación correspondiente a la categoría de policía local, como de la fase de prácticas de seis meses en un año en el municipio de destino, relacionadas con las funciones propias de esta categoría, de acuerdo con el que prevén los artículos 177 y 178 del Decreto 40/2019, de 24 de mayo, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento marco de coordinación de las policías locales de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En conformidad con el establecido en el artículo 175 del Real Decreto 256/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales, y en virtud de las competencias establecidas en el artículo 21.1.h de la Ley 7/1985, reguladora del régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMERO. – &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Rectificar el error material dictado en el Decreto de Alcaldía 101/2023 de fecha 28 de febrero de 2023, relativo al nombramiento del señor Juan Diego Moreno Mondejar y,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Nombrar el señor Juan Diego Moreno Mondejar provisto de DNI núm. **5404**** como policía local, funcionario de carrera del Ayuntamiento de Deyá, grupo C1, complemento de destino 18, complemento específico 17.326,40€ y código de la RLT 12, con jornada completa, con efectos de fecha 6 de marzo de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Nombrar el señor Juan Diego Moreno Mondejar provisto de DNI núm.. **5404**** como policía local, funcionario en prácticas del Ayuntamiento de Deyá, grupo C1, complemento de destino 18, complemento específico 17.326,40€ y código de la RLT 12, con jornada completa, con efectos de fecha 6 de marzo de 2023&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEGUNDO. - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Notificar a la persona interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TERCERO. - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Comunicar el nombramiento a la Escuela Balear de la Administración Pública, Conselleria de presidencia, Función Pública i Igualdad, del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CUARTO. - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Publicar el nombramiento en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;QUINTO. - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Comunicar a la Intervención Municipal, Tesorería y departamento de personal de esta Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEXTO. - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dar cuenta al Pleno de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Interposición de recursos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes contador a partir del día siguiente que se haya publicado, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;También se puede interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo de Palma en el plazo de dos meses contadores desde el día siguiente a la notificación, de acuerdo con el que disponen los articulas 8.1 y 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciones administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Lo que se hace público para su conocimiento y a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
