&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Atendida la convocatoria y bases que tienen que regir el proceso selectivo para constituir, mediante concurso, una bolsa de trabajo de personal funcionario interino Arquitecto, escala de administración especial, subescala técnica, clase superior, grupo A, subgrupo A1, del Ayuntamiento de Deià (BOIB n.º 175, de 23 de diciembre de 2021). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vista la necesidad de aprobar una nueva composición de los miembros del Tribunal Calificador para nombrar funcionariado de carrera especializado en materia de urbanismo del grupo A1, por un mejor desarrollo del proceso de selección. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vistas las propuestas de nombramiento de funcionariado de carrera realizados por el Gobierno de las Islas Baleares y por el Consejo Insular de Mallorca, para formar parte del Tribunal Calificador del proceso de selección y la creación de una bolsa de trabajo, de personal funcionario interino arquitecto, escala de Administración especial, subescala técnica, clase superior, grupo A, subgrupo A1, del Ayuntamiento de Deià. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Atendido el cambio en la propuesta de nombramiento de funcionariado de carrera realizado por el Gobierno de las Islas Baleares en fecha 6 de marzo de 2023 vía correo electrónico dirigido a la técnica jurídica de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dejar sin efectos el Decreto de Alcaldía n.º 47/2023, de fecha 2 de febrero de 2023, por el cual se hace pública la composición del Tribunal Calificador del proceso selectivo para constituir, mediante concurso, una bolsa de trabajo de personal funcionario interino Arquitecto, escala de administración especial, subescala técnica, clase &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;superior, grupo A, subgrupo A1, del Ayuntamiento de Deià (BOIB n.º 175, de 23 de diciembre de 2021), acuerdo que se pasa a transcribir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TERCERO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Exponer la presente resolución en el tablón de anuncios de la Corporación y en el portal de transparencia de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Deià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;CUARTO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Notificar esta Resolución a las nuevas personas miembros del Tribunal Calificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Interposición de recursos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes contador a partir del día siguiente que se haya publicado, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;También se puede interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo de Palma en el plazo de dos meses contadores desde el día siguiente a la notificación, de acuerdo con lo que disponen los artículos 8.1 y 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Lo manda y firma el Sr. Alcalde, en Deià en la fecha que consta a la firma electrónica, y ante mí, la secretaría-interventora quien da fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
