&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3 y 20.8 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria cuyo texto completo puede consultarse en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;1.1. Son beneficiarios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Cualquier tipo de asociación de estudios locales de las Illes Balears legalmente establecida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Los ayuntamientos de las Illes Balears que organicen este tipo de acontecimientos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;1.2. &lt;/span&gt;No pueden optar los proyectos que obtenguin una ayuda por el mismo concepto del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos, el Instituto de Industrias Culturales de las Illes Balears, el Instituto Ramon Llull o la Conse&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;jería&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de Fondos Europeos, Universidad y Cultura &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;del Gobierno de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;1.3. &lt;/span&gt;No pueden ser beneficiarias de ayudas las personas, las entidades o las agrupaciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) &lt;/em&gt;Las que incurran en cualquier de las prohibiciones establecidas en el artículo 10 del Texto R&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;efundido de la Ley de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ubvenciones de las Illes Balears, entre las que&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;están haber solicitado la declaración de concurso, haber sido declaradas insolventes en cualquier procedimiento, estar declaradas en concurso, estar sujetos a intervención judicial o haber sido inhabilitadas de acuerdo con la Ley concursal sin que haya concluido el periodo de inhabilitación fijado a la sentencia de calificación del concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Las que hayan sido sancionadas o condenadas por haber ejercito o tolerado prácticas laborales consideradas discriminatorias por razón de sexo o de género, por resolución administrativa firme o condenadas por sentencia judicial firme, de acuerdo con el artículo 11 de la Ley 11/2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Las que hayan sido sancionadas mediante una resolución firme con la pérdida de la posibilidad de obtener una subvención, de acuerdo con la Ley &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;8/2016, de 30 de mayo, para garantizar los derechos de lesbianas, gays, trans, bisexuales e intersexuals y para erradicar la LGTBI-fobia, o cualquier otra de aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Objeto y finalidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;2.1. Esta convocatoria tiene por objeto contribuir a la promoción &lt;/span&gt;de las jornad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;s &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;estudios locales de las I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Balears y a la edición y digitalización de las publicaciones que se desprendan de estas jornadas, durante el periodo comprendido entre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;los &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;días 1 de diciembre de 202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2 y 30 de noviembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;2.2. Se establecen tres líneas de subvención:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Apoyo a la organización y producción de jornadas de estudios locales &lt;/span&gt;(presenciales y/o virtuales)&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; en el ámbito de las ciencias sociales a cualquier municipio de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Apoyo a la edición de las actas de las jornadas de estudios locales en el ámbito de las ciencias socia&lt;/span&gt;ls llevadas a cabo a cualquier municipio de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Apoyo a la digitalización de las actas, pasadas o presentes, de las jornadas de estudios locales en el ámbito de las ciencias sociales llevadas a cabo a cualquier &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;municipio de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.3. No se pueden subvencionar proyectos que vulneren los derechos de los colectivos LGTBIQ+, los derechos de las mujeres o los derechos humanos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 1 de julio de 2009 por la cual se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura (BOIB núm. 100, de 11 de julio de 2009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. Importe e imputación presupuestaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;4.1. &lt;/span&gt;El crédito&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; asignado a esta convocatoria es de 25.000&lt;/span&gt; € (veinticinco mil euros), con cargo al capítulo IV del presupuesto del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos &lt;/span&gt;para&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.2. La concesión de las ayudas previstas en esta convocatoria queda condicionada a la disponibilidad presupuestaria que establece el punto anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;4.3. Siempre que la disponibilidad presupuestaria lo permita, se puede incrementar el importe de esta convocatoria. El importe consignado inicialmente se puede ampliar mediante una resolución de ampliación del crédito asignado. Esta ampliación, salvo que se establezca otra cosa, no implica que el plazo para presentar solicitudes se amplíe, y no afecta la tramitación ordinaria de las solicitudes presentadas y no resueltas de manera expresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo para presentar las solicitudes, dirigidas al IEB, empieza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;permanecerá&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; abierto hasta el 15 de septiembre de 202´3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
