    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Al no haberse presentado reclamaciones contra el acuerdo de aprobación inicial del expediente núm.2/2023 de suplemento de crédito y 9/2023 de créditos extraordinarios en el Presupuesto de la Corporación, adoptado por el Ayuntamiento Pleno, en sesión extraordinaria de 14 de febrero de 2023, queda aprobado definitivamente, en virtud de la presunción del artículo 169.1 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las haciendas locales. A continuación se transcriben los capítulos afectados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Expediente 2/2023 suplemento de crédito:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Expediente 9/2023 de crédito extraordinario:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la aprobación definitiva de la modificación de crédito se puede interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 171.1 del RDL 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, y 23.1 del RD 500/90, de 20 de abril.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
