&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;DECRETO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Procedimiento:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Selecciones de personal y provisiones de puestos de trabajo&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;El 2 de enero de 2023 se aprobaron las Bases reguladoras del procedimiento para la constitución de un Bolsín de personal laboral temporal Monitores/as Piscina (BOIB, n.º 2/2023, de 5 de enero de 2023).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Instruidas las fases del procedimiento, el plazo de presentación de&amp;nbsp; alegaciones al resultado provisional del concurso para la constitución del Bolsín finaliza sin que se haya presentado ninguna, entendiendo como definitivo el resultado hasta ahora provisional. El Tribunal Calificador del procedimiento, eleva a esta Alcaldía el resultado definitivo y orden de prelación del Bolsín. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Visto que el bolsín solo se compone por una persona y que esta cumple con todos los requisitos establecidos en la base tercera no se ha visto necesario por parte del tribunal calcular los puntos de la persona admitida ya que es la única. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Según las facultades que me son conferidas por el Artículo 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de Bases de Régimen Local, &lt;strong&gt;DISPONGO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Primero&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;. Constituir el Bolsín de Monitores/as Piscina del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta siguiente:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Segundo&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;. Hacer pública la constitución del Bolsín a través de anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Contra este acuerdo que agota la vía administrativa se puede interponer alternativamente recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el siguiente al de la recepción de la presente publicación, ante la Alcaldía de este Ayuntamiento, en conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, o recurso contencioso- administrativo, ante el juzgado del Contencioso-Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la presente publicación, en conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa. Si optara para interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo no podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio. Todo esto sin perjuicio que pueda interponerse, cualquier otro recurso que pudiera estimar más conveniente a su derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
