    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se hace público que la Presidenta del Consell Insular de Formentera, en fecha 24 de febrero de 2023, ha dictado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;ANA JUAN TORRES, PRESIDENTA DEL CONSELL INSULAR DE FORMENTERA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Modificación del régimen retributivo del vicepresidente tercero y consejero de Bienestar Social, Gerencia, Transparencia y Vivienda del Consell Insular de Formentera al haber adquirido la condición de senador por la agrupación de islas Eivissa-Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Se hace público que el Pleno, en la sesión ordinaria de día 24 de febrero de 2023, se enteró del siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1.º- Del hecho que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt; el Sr. Rafael Ramírez Gutiérrez, vicepresidente tercero y consejero de Bienestar Social, Gerencia, Transparencia y Vivienda de este Consell Insular, perteneciendo al grupo político PSIB-PSOE, ha adquirido la condición de senador el 15 de febrero de 2023, por la agrupación de islas Eivissa-Formentera, según las elecciones a Cortes Generales de fecha 10 de noviembre de 2019, con la candidatura presentada por el PSIB-PSOE, y ha presentado el correspondiente escrito donde renuncia a las retribuciones económicas como cargo con dedicación exclusiva (vicepresidente tercero de este Consell), según el acuerdo plenario de 8 de julio de 2019, punto XV, publicado al BOIB n.º 102, de 25 de julio de 2019 (mantenido por aquello publicado al BOIB n.º 146, de 26 de octubre de 2021, sobre el que restaba de mandato 2021-2023 y las correspondientes actualizaciones anuales); escrito que ha sido registrado de entrada con fecha 15 de febrero de 2023, con número de RGE en esta corporación 2023/4475, y pasa a no tener ninguna retribución económica por este Consell, porque ya las recibe en el Senado, y tampoco se le abona nada en materia de Seguridad Social por este Consell. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.º- Del hecho que se dará cuenta del anterior&lt;/strong&gt; a la Oficina de prevención y lucha contra la corrupción de las Islas Baleares (dependiente del Parlament de les Illes Balears), y se dejará constancia en el Registro de Intereses llevado por la Secretaría del Consell Insular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.º- Se publicará al BOIB reseña de todo cuánto se ha tratado.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Lo cual se publica para general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Formentera, en la fecha de la firma electrónica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La presidenta del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La cual cosa se publica, per a generar el conocimiento, y conforme a la normativa de función pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
