CAIB 2023-03-09 es ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">En fecha 9 de enero de 2023, el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell Insular de Menorca aprobó las bases de la convocatoria para la provisión de personal funcionario de carrera y personal laboral fijo de varios puestos de trabajo del Consell Insular de Menorca, previa a la toma de posesión de las plazas de la Oferta pública de estabilización.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Se han detectado errores materiales en el anexo I, relativo a los puestos de trabajo objeto de movilidad, concretamente al destino de dos puestos de trabajo.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Por lo expuesto anteriormente, es necesario corregir los errores de las bases de la convocatoria para la provisión de personal funcionario de carrera y personal laboral fijo de varios puestos de trabajo del Consell Insular de Menorca.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Dada la propuesta de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Servicios Generales y en ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas en el artículo 33 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares,</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
