    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Alcaldesa-Presidente, en virtud del Decreto n.º 491/2023, ha dispuesto lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«Visto el Decreto 2332 de fecha 14 de septiembre de 2022 por el cual se delegan las competencias para llevar a cabo el proceso unificado de selección para cubrir 5 plazas de la categoría de Policía de cuerpo de la Policía Local de Andratx, en la Consellería de Presidencia, Función Pública e igualdad, a través de la Escuela Baleares de administración pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vista la resolución de la consejera de Presidencia y Función Pública e igualdad de fecha 21 febrero de 2023 (BOIB n.º 24 de 23 de febrero de 2023), por la cual se aprueba la relación de aspirantes que han superado las pruebas selectivas de la fase de oposición del proceso unificado para cubrir las plazas de la categoría de policía del municipio de Andratx y, por lo tanto, que tienen que ser nombrado funcionarios en prácticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto el informe favorable emitido por la técnica de personal de fecha 28 de febrero del actual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En uso a las atribuciones que me confiere la vigente legislación,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- NOMBRAR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; funcionarios en prácticas con efectos desde la fecha de comienzo del curso de capacitación, por plazo máximo de un año para ocupar el puesto de trabajo en prácticas de Policía Local, grupo C, subgrupo C1, a los siguientes aspirantes que han superado las pruebas selectivas de la fase de oposición del proceso unificado de policías locales de Mallorca 2022 y que se relacionan a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
