Podrán asistir, con voz pero sin voto, las personas representantes de las organizaciones sindicales representativas para efectuar funciones de vigilancia y control del buen desarrollo del proceso selectivo.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Abstención i recusación.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las personas que son miembros de los tribunales, los asesores especialistas y el personal colaborador tendrán que abstenerse de intervenir en el proceso selectivo y habrán de notificarlo a la autoridad que los nombró, cuando concurran las circunstancias previstas en el artículo 23 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen jurídico del sector público. Las posibles causas de abstención presentadas por los miembros del tribunal se tendrán que acreditar debidamente por cualquier medio admitido en derecho. Las personas aspirantes pueden recusar a los miembros de los tribunales, a los asesores especialistas y al personal colaborador cuando, en su juicio, concurra alguna de les circunstancias señaladas; en este caso habrá de seguirse el procedimiento establecido en el artículo 24 de la mencionada Ley.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Segundo</strong>. Publicar esta resolución en el BOIB y en la web de este Instituto.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Tercero</strong>. Dar cuenta de la misma en el próximo Consejo Rector que se convoque.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Interposición de recursos</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, las personas interesadas pueden interponer recurso de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común.
