&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Deacuerdo con lo que prevé l'actual legislación, se expone al público la documentación, por plazo de 15 días, durante los cuales cualquier habitante del término municipal o persona interesada podrá examinarlos y presentar, ante el Pleno del Ayuntamiento, las reclamaciones que considere oportunas, de conformidad con el artículo 169.1 del RD Legislativo 2/2004 por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las haciendas local, y de acuerdo con el artículo 20.1 del RD núm. 500/1990, de 20 de abril.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En caso de no presentarse ninguna reclamación en contra de la aprobación inicial de este Presupuesto se considerará definitivamente aprobado, sin necesidad de nuevo acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
