    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En fecha 24 de febrero de 2023 se ha dictado Resolución de Alcaldía núm. 2023/307 por la que se nombra funcionario de carrera a las dos personas aspirantes que han superado el procedimiento selectivo por la cobertura de dos plazas de oficial/a de Policía Local (escala de administración especial, subescala de servicios especiales, subgrupo C1), por promoción interna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se publica extracto de la Resolución con la identidad de las personas nombradas, a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Segundo &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;. Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB), otorgando a los interesados un plazo de tres días hábiles para tomar posesión del cargo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tercero&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;. Dar traslado de la Resolución a los departamentos de Personal, Intervención y Tesorería, a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Cuarto&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;. Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso potestativo de reposición ante el alcalde en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39 /2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente de la notificación de este acuerdo, de acuerdo con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
