10279 670479 CAIB es 2023-02-24 2023-02-28 ![CDATA[Información pública de los bienes afectados para la ejecución de las obras del «Proyecto de ejecución del depósito prefabricado de la IDAM Formentera», en el término municipal de Formentera]] 2023-02-28 text/html 145147 CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">El Plan Hidrológico de la Demarcación Hidrográfica de las Illes Balears, aprobado por Real Decreto 51/2019, de 8 de febrero (PHIB 2019), prevé en su anexo 8 el programa de medidas. Los programas de medidas son un conjunto de acciones que deben llevarse a cabo por las demarcaciones hidrográficas para evolucionar desde la situación actual a la deseada, consiguiendo el cumplimiento apropiado de objetivos ambientales y socioeconómicos.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Los programas de medidas se concretan en Programas de Actuación y en Infraestructuras. font-size:12px">Por todo ello, en fecha 7 de octubre de 2022, ABAQUA instó a la Dirección General de Recursos Hídricos de la Consejería de Medio Ambiente y Territorio iniciar el expediente administrativo de expropiación forzosa de los terrenos necesarios para poder ejecutar las obras del ↑ «Proyecto de ejecución del depósito prefabricado de la IDAM de Formentera».</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Ahora bien, antes de la declaración de urgente ocupación y de acuerdo con lo que disponen los artículos 18 y 19 de la Ley de Expropiación Forzosa de 16 de diciembre de 1954 y los artículos concordantes de su Reglamento (Decreto de 26 de abril de 1957), se abre un período de información pública de quince días hábiles, a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación de este anuncio, sobre la relación de bienes afectados por la ejecución de las obras definidas en el proyecto de referencia, con el objeto de que cualquier persona pueda aportar por escrito los datos oportunos para rectificar los posibles errores de la relación que se publica en este anuncio o presentar alegaciones.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
