font-size:12px"><em><em>1.El 16 de julio de 2015 se publicó, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares núm. 106, la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se convocan, para los años 2015 a 2019, subvenciones para inversiones en las explotaciones agrarias, modificada mediante las resoluciones de 17 de diciembre de 2015 (BOIB núm. 185), 22 de junio de 2016 (BOIB núm. 81), 26 de junio de 2018 (BOIB núm. 80), 14 de junio de 2019 (BOIB núm. 80), 2 de marzo de 2020 (BOIB núm. 28), 6 de mayo de 2020 (BOIB núm. 77), 22 de junio de 2020 (BOIB núm. 114), 23 de julio de 2021 (BOIB núm. 101), 19 de noviembre de 2021 (BOIB nº 162), 1 de julio de 2022 (BOIB núm. 87). </em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em><em>2. El 25 de marzo de 2019, EUSEBIO GINEL PALOMINO con NIF ***0667**, con registro de entrada 8285 registra la solicitud de ayuda para Inversiones en las Explotaciones agrarias (INEA2019_1) con código de expediente INEA2019_1/156. </em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em><em>3. El 10 de noviembre de 2022, el vicepresidente del FOGAIBA, dictó una Resolución de concesión de ayudas para inversiones en las explotaciones agrarias INEA2019_1 R2, que se publicó en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares número 157, de 3 de diciembre de 2022, en la que figura una concesión a favor de EUSEBIO GINEL PALOMINO, con NIF ***0667**, con número de expediente INEA 2019_1/156, con un importe de inversiones de 7.230,22 €, un importe de ayuda concedida de 4.338,13 € y un plazo de ejecución de 6 meses. </em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em><em>4. Dentro del plazo estipulado en el apartado undécimo de la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 10 de julio de 2015, antes mencionada, se presenta la solicitud de subrogación del ayuda concedida al expediente INEA 2019_1/156, con RGAGE22e00042908408, día 29 de septiembre de 2022. </em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em><em>5.
