    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se ha aprobado la convocatoria y las bases que regirán el proceso selectivo, mediante concurso oposición, de tres plazas de técnico/a superior de educación infantil para la escuela municipal infantil de Algaida, personal laboral fijo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cosa que hacemos pública en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica (http://ajalgaida.sedelectronica.es), a los efectos establecidos en el artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. Así mismo, se publica el anuncio de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial del Estado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la mencionada resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, las/los interesadas/dos pueden interponer de forma alternativa, los siguientes recursos: o bien recurso potestativo de reposición, a interponer ante la Alcaldía, en el plazo de un mes, contador desde el día siguiente de la notificación de la presente resolución, o bien directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo, a interponer ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente de la notificación de esta resolución; todo esto sin perjuicio que los interesados puedan interponer aquellos otros recursos que consideren procedentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERA.- OBJETO DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El objeto de la presente convocatoria es la cobertura, mediante concurso-oposición, de tres plazas de Técnico/a Superior de Educación Infantil, personal laboral fijo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Así mismo, se formará una bolsa de trabajo con aquellos aspirantes que superen el proceso selectivo y no adquieran una plaza en propiedad, o que habiendo superado al menos el primer ejercicio de la fase de oposición, no hayan superado el proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presente convocatoria y las bases se publicarán el en BOIB y en el tablón de anuncios de la web municipal, y, en conformidad con el art. 6.2 del Real decreto 896/1991, de 7 de junio, el anuncio de la convocatoria también se publicará al BOE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGUNDA.- REQUISITOS DE LAS PERSONAS ASPIRANTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para ser admitidos y participar en esta convocatoria es necesario:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ser español o tener la nacionalidad de alguno de los estados miembros de la Unión Europea de acuerdo con las previsiones contenidas en el artículo 57 del TREBEP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Poseer la capacidad funcional para el desarrollo de las funciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tener 16 años cumplidos y no haber llegado a la edad de jubilación forzosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No haber sido separado mediante expediente disciplinario del servicio de cualquiera de las Administraciones Públicas o de los órganos constitucionales o estatutarios de las Comunidades Autónomas, ni encontrarse en inhabilitación absoluta o especial para ocupaciones o cargos públicos por resolución judicial, para el acceso al cuerpo o escala de funcionario, o para ejercer funciones similares a las que ejercían en el caso del personal laboral, en que hubiera sido separado o inhabilitado. En el caso de ser nacional de otro Estado, no encontrarse inhabilitado o en situación equivalente ni haber sido sometido a sanción disciplinaria o equivalente que impida, en su Estado, en los mismos términos el acceso a la ocupación pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No encontrarse incurso en causa de incapacidad de las contenidas en la legislación vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar en posesión de la titulación de formación profesional de Técnico Superior en Educación Infantil o título equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acreditar el requisito de conocimiento de la lengua catalana, correspondiendo al Nivel B2, mediante un certificado expedido por el EBAP, o bien por los títulos, diplomas y certificado homologados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar en posesión del certificado de capacitación para la enseñanza en lengua catalana al primer ciclo de la educación infantil (CCI), que habilita para la docencia en lengua catalana en el primer ciclo de la educación infantil, según la Orden del consejero de Educación y Universidad de 8 de marzo de 2018 por la cual se fijan las titulaciones que hay que tener para dar clases de lengua catalana (BOIB n.º 38, de 27 de marzo de 2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disponer del certificado que acredite la carencia de delitos de naturaleza sexual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Haber satisfecho el pago de la tasa de 18,00€ dentro del plazo de presentación de instancias, de acuerdo con la Ordenanza fiscal relativa a las tasas por pruebas selectivas del Ayuntamiento de Algaida (BOIB n.º 163, de 3 de diciembre de 2019). El pago ha de realizarse mediante transferencia al siguiente número de IBAN: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ES20 2100 0103 3502 0000 2599 (CAIXABANK) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los requisitos establecidos en los apartados anteriores se tendrán que cumplir el último día de plazo de presentación de instancias y disfrutar de los mismos durante el periodo selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con anterioridad a la contratación, la persona interesada tendrá que hacer constar que no está sometida a ninguno de los motivos de incompatibilidad establecidos en la Ley 57/1984, de 26 de diciembre, de incompatibilidades del personal al servicio de las administraciones públicas o comprometerse, si se tercia, a ejercer la oportuna opción en el periodo de tiempo que prevé el artículo 10 de la disposición legal anterior, y no percibir pensión de jubilación, de retiro o de orfandad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERA.- PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES I PLAZO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A las instancias solicitando tomar parte al proceso selectivo, los aspirantes tienen que manifestar expresamente que reúnen todas y cada una de las condiciones exigidas a la base segunda de la presente convocatoria, se presentarán al Registro General de este Ayuntamiento en horario de atención al público (C/ del Rei, n.º 6, Algaida), o a través de la sede electrónica, e irán dirigidas a la Sra. Alcaldesa de acuerdo con el modelo del Anexo II de la presente convocatoria. Necesariamente los aspirantes tienen que indicar un teléfono (o varios) de contacto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las instancias también podrán presentarse en cualquiera de las formas que determina el artículo 16 de la Ley 19/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones públicas. En caso de utilizar la oficina de correos o el registro de cualquier otro órgano administrativo que no sea lo del Ayuntamiento de Algaida, se tiene que remitir copia de la instancia, debidamente registrada, al correo electrónico ajuntament@ajalgaida.net y dirigido al Registro de entrada del Ayuntamiento, dentro del plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo de presentación de instancias será de 20 días naturales a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las posteriores publicaciones referentes al proceso de selección se harán en el tablón de anuncios municipal ubicado en la sede electrónica (https://ajalgaida.sedelectronica.es)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la instancia se adjuntarán los siguientes documentos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Copia del DNI o del NIF o documento acreditativo de la nacionalidad certificado por la autoridad competente del país de origen, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Copia de la titulación de formación profesional de Técnico Superior en Educación Infantil o título equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Copia del certificado nivel B2 de catalán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Copia del certificado de capacitación para la enseñanza en lengua catalana al primer ciclo de la educación infantil (CCI).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Certificado que acredite la carencia de delitos de naturaleza sexual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Justificando de haber pagado 18,00 euros de los derechos de examen. En el justificante de pago hay que constar el nombre de la persona aspirante y el concepto tiene que ser “Derechos de examen técnico educación infantil”. El pago se tendrá que efectuar a la cuenta bancaria siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ES20 2100 0103 3502 0000 2599 (CAIXA BANK)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La acreditación de los diferentes méritos que tengan que ser valorados a la fase de concurso se llevará a cabo por aquellas personas aspirantes que hayan superado la fase de oposición en un plazo de 5 días hábiles a contar desde el siguiente a la publicación de la lista definitiva de los aspirantes que han superado la fase de oposición, según el anexo III. Estos documentos acreditativos de los méritos tendrán que ser originales o copias auténticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con la formación y presentación de la solicitud, los/las aspirantes dan su consentimiento al tratamiento de los datos de carácter personal que son necesarias para tomar parte a la convocatoria y para el resto de la tramitación del proceso selectivo, de acuerdo con la normativa vigente y, especialmente, la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CUARTA.- ADMISIÓN DE ASPIRANTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalizado el plazo de presentación de instancias, la Sra. Alcaldesa aprobará por Resolución la relación provisional de admitidos y excluidos, que se publicará en el Tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento (https://ajalgaida.sedelectronica.es), concediéndose, en su caso, un plazo de 10 días hábiles, para poder enmendar el defecto que haya motivado la exclusión. Una vez examinadas las que se hubieran presentado, se publicará la relación definitiva de admitidos a través de los medios mencionados. De no presentar ninguna reclamación, se considerará definitiva la inicialmente publicada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la misma Resolución se comunicará la composición del Tribunal y la fecha de inicio del ejercicio, lugar y hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las posibles reclamaciones o alegaciones, si hubieran, serán aceptadas o rechazadas en la Resolución que apruebe la relación definitiva de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos, que se hará pública del mismo modo que la relación anterior. Los sucesivos anuncios del procedimiento selectivo se publicarán al tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Algaida ( https://ajalgaida.sedelectronica.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUINTA.- TRIBUNAL CALIFICADOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los órganos de selección serán colegiados y su composición se ajustará a los principios de imparcialidad y profesionalidad de sus miembros. La pertenencia a los órganos de selección será siempre en título individual, no pudiendo ostentarla esta en representación o por cuenta de nadie.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal está formado por cinco miembros (un presidente, un secretario y tres vocales) y sus respectivos suplentes, para cubrir las ausencias que se puedan producir. Todos los miembros del tribunal son funcionarios de carrera o personal laboral fijo, de igual o superior categoría a la de las plazas convocadas, y con titulación académica de igual o superior nivel a la exigida para el ingreso en la subescala.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La abstención y la recusación de los miembros del tribunal se tienen que ajustar al que prevén los artículos 23 y 24 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal queda facultado para resolver las dudas que se presenten y tomar los acuerdos necesarios para el buen orden de las pruebas en todo el que no prevén estas bases. Aun así resolverá las alegaciones que le sean planteadas. Todos los miembros del Tribunal Calificador, tendrán voz y voto. En el supuesto de que se produzca un empate en las decisiones del Tribunal, el presidente podrá hacer uso del voto de calidad para deshacerlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal podrá disponer de la incorporación de asesores especialistas, con voz y sin voto, en cada una de las pruebas del proceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A efectos de comunicaciones y otras incidencias, el Tribunal tiene su sede en el Ayuntamiento de Algaida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los miembros del Tribunal de plantilla del Ayuntamiento de Algaida percibirán dieta en caso de que su dedicación exceda de la jornada habitual de trabajo. El resto de miembros podrán percibir dieta según el que prevé el RD 462/2002. El tribunal calificador se clasifica en la categoría segunda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEXTA.- PROCEDIMIENTO DE SELECCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procedimiento de selección constará de dos fases: concurso y oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuación de la fase de oposición representará un 70% de la puntuación alcanzable en el proceso selectivo. La fase concurso representará un 30% del total de la puntuación alcanzable en el proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La suma de la puntuación obtenida por las personas aspirantes en el conjunto de los ejercicios de la oposición y de la puntuación obtenida en la valoración de los méritos establece la orden final de prelación de las personas aspirantes que hayan superado el concurso oposición. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I) Fase de oposición. La puntuación máxima es de 70 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; De carácter obligatorio y eliminatorio para todas las personas aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El ejercicio consistirá a contestar un cuestionario de 50 preguntas tipo test, durante el tiempo máximo de 90 minutos. Para cada pregunta del ejercicio se propondrán tres posibles respuestas alternativas, donde solo una de ellas será la correcta. Los aspirantes marcarán las contestaciones en las correspondientes hojas de examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Este ejercicio se puntuará con un máximo de 35 puntos, siendo eliminados los aspirantes que no obtengan una puntuación mínima de 17,500 puntos. Las puntuaciones se indicarán con tres decimales. Las preguntas no resueltas, tanto si figuran las tres opciones en blanco como si figuran con más de una respuesta, no se valorarán. Las preguntas con respuesta errónea se penalizarán con un tercio del valor asignado a la respuesta correcta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para efectuar la calificación del ejercicio se aplicará la fórmula siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; De carácter obligatorio y eliminatorio. Solo pueden acceder los aspirantes que hayan superado el ejercicio teórico. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El ejercicio consistirá en resolver por escrito un supuesto teórico práctico, propuesto por el tribunal, relacionado con el programa indicado en el Anexo I de estas bases, en un tiempo máximo de 120 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El ejercicio será defendido posteriormente en sesión pública ante el Tribunal Calificador, en un tiempo máximo de 40 minutos. El Tribunal Calificador determinará el lugar, la fecha y la hora en que se celebrarán las lecturas correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Este ejercicio se valorará hasta un máximo de 35 puntos, y será necesario una calificación mínima de 17,500 puntos para superarlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En este ejercicio se valorará la capacidad de razonamiento, el conocimiento de las materias planteadas, la expresión y la remisión a la normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de existir reclamaciones, alegaciones o solicitudes de revisión, el tribunal calificador, una vez examinadas, las resolverá y hará público el resultado en el Tablón de anuncios electrónico. Una vez resueltas las alegaciones o revisiones, si hubiera, y de acuerdo con su resultado, el Tribunal procederá a la realización de la baremación de méritos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;II) Fase de concurso. La puntuación máxima es de 30 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los aspirantes que hayan superado la fase de oposición, tendrán que presentar, en el plazo de 5 días hábiles desde la publicación de la lista definitiva de la fase de oposición, los méritos a valorar en la fase concurso, según el modelo del Anexo III. Estos documentos tendrán que ser originales o copias auténticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase concurso no será eliminatoria y no podrá tenerse en cuenta para superar las pruebas de la fase de oposición. La valoración de los méritos de la fase de concurso se incorporará a la puntuación final obtenida por aquellos aspirantes que hayan superado las dos pruebas selectivas eliminatorias, a los efectos de determinar la calificación final de los aspirantes y la orden de puntuación de los mismos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los méritos alegados y justificados por los aspirantes en la fase de concurso y que le Tribunal valorará, se regirán por el baremo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1) Experiencia profesional (hasta 15 puntos):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Experiencia profesional como técnico superior en educación infantil en cualquier administración pública, a razón de 0,15 puntos/mes trabajado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Experiencia profesional como técnico superior en educación infantil a la empresa privada o concertada, a razón de 0,10 puntos/mes trabajado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Forma de acreditación de la experiencia profesional y documentación a presentar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La experiencia profesional se tiene que acreditar mediante certificado expedido por el órgano competente en el caso de administración pública o contrato laboral a la empresa privada, junto con el informe de vida laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El límite temporal para valorar la experiencia profesional será la fecha de publicación en el BOE de la convocatoria de este procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No serán objeto de valoración los certificados que no incluyan la información suficiente para poder valorar la experiencia de acuerdo con los parámetros mínimos anteriormente indicados en este punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La experiencia profesional se computa por meses completos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de contratos a tiempo parcial, la puntuación se prorrateará.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2) Formación (hasta 12 puntos):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1. Formación reglada (hasta 2 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La formación o título en este apartado para ser puntuado tiene que guardar relación con el lugar que se convoca; no se valorará la titulación que se utilice como requisito para acceder al proceso de selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Diplomatura o Grado: 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2. Formación no reglada (hasta 10 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se valorará la formación específica y relacionada con las funciones propias de la plaza convocada. La valoración de este criterio se llevará a cabo de acuerdo con el siguiente baremo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de formación y perfeccionamiento, jornadas o seminarios impartidos y/o reconocidos por el Instituto Nacional de Administración Pública (INAP), por la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública (EBAP), por la Federación de Entidades Locales de las Islas Baleares (FELIB), por la Federación Española de Municipios y Provincias (FEMP), la Administración Estatal, Autonómica o Local, las organizaciones sindicales con acuerdos de formación continúa firmados con las administraciones públicas, las universidades y las escuelas técnicas, o los homologados por cualquiera de estas instituciones. En este apartado se incluirán los cursos de formación ocupacional impartidos o promovidos por el Servicio de Ocupación de las Islas Baleares (SOIB), y por otras entidades u organismo locales, autonómicos o estatales con competencias en materia de formación ocupacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicamente se valorarán los cursos de duración igual o superior a 5 horas que guarden relación con el contenido funcional del puesto de trabajo objeto de la convocatoria y que hayan sido cursados o impartidos por el interesado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No se valorarán por separado las asignaturas encaminadas a obtener titulaciones académicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La hora de haber impartido se valorará con 0,015 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La hora de aprovechamiento se valorará con 0,010 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La hora de asistencia se valorará con 0,005 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los cursos expresados en créditos, se considerarán por cada crédito LRU (sistema de valoración de las enseñanzas introducidas por RD 1497/1987, de 27 de noviembre) 10 horas lectivas, y por cada crédito ECTS (sistema europeo de transferencia de créditos) 25 horas lectivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las acreditaciones de las formaciones se harán mediante certificaciones o documentos oficiales emitidos por las administraciones o los organismos competentes, y tienen que incluir las horas de duración o los créditos de los cursos, los documentos que no indiquen las horas no podrán ser valorados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No podrán ser valorados en este apartado, cursos, jornadas o seminarios que ya hayan sido valorados como requisitos de titulación en otros apartados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3) Conocimientos de lengua catalana. (hasta 3 puntos):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Este apartado será valorado de acuerdo con el siguiente baremo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Por el título de nivel C1: 1,5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Por el título de nivel C2: 2 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Por el título de nivel LA (lenguaje administrativo): 1 punto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supuesto que el aspirante acredite la posesión de más de un certificado. Solo es objeto de valoración el certificado que acredita un nivel de conocimiento más alto, excepto cuando se posea certificado de conocimientos de lenguaje administrativo, que será acumulativo al otro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se reconocerán los certificados que se presenten incluidos a la Orden del consejero de Educación, Cultura y Universidades, de 21 de febrero de 2013, y según el régimen temporal y de equivalencias que se establece.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SÉPTIMA.- CALIFICACIÓN Y VALORACIÓN DEL CONCURSO-OPOSICIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las calificaciones de los ejercicios se harán públicas el mismo día que se acuerden y se expondrán en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica de este Ayuntamiento. Para efectuar la reclamación oportuna o solicitar la revisión del ejercicio, las personas interesadas disponen de un plazo de 3 días hábiles contadores a partir de la publicación de la lista provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez acabada la fase de oposición, el Tribunal pasará a valorar los méritos aducidos por aquellos aspirantes que hayan superado la fase de la oposición, de acuerdo con el baremo previsto en la base sexta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Concluida la valoración de los méritos, el Tribunal hará pública en el tablón de anuncios electrónico del Ayuntamiento las puntuaciones otorgadas a cada aspirante, desglosando en los dos apartados señalados en la base sexta. Los interesados podrán solicitar revisión y/o audiencia al tribunal dentro de los 3 días hábiles siguientes a esta publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La calificación final vendrá determinada por la suma de las puntuaciones obtenidas en los ejercicios de la fase de oposición y de los méritos valorados en la fase de concurso. En caso de empate, este se resolverá aplicando la siguiente graduación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1) Mayor puntuación en la fase de oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2) Mayor puntuación en el apartado de experiencia profesional de la fase de concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3) Si persiste el empate finalmente se procederá al sorteo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;OCTAVA.- PROPUESTA DE NOMBRAMIENTO DE PERSONAL LABORAL FIJO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acabada la calificación de aspirantes, el Tribunal calificador publicará en el tablón de anuncios electrónico del Ayuntamiento la relación de puntuaciones obtenidas por cada uno, formulará propuesta a favor de los tres aspirantes que hayan obtenido la mayor puntuación. La propuesta se tiene que levantar a la Presidencia de la Corporación, para que formule la correspondiente propuesta de nombramiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVENA.- PRESENTACIÓN DE DOCUMENTOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaración jurada o promesa acreditativa de poseer la capacidad funcional que no impida el normal ejercicio de las funciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaración jurada o promesa de no haber sido separado mediante un expediente disciplinario del servicio del Estado, de la Administración local o autonómica o de los organismos que dependan, ni encontrarse inhabilitado para el ejercicio de funciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaración jurada o promesa de no estar sometido a ninguna causa de incapacidad específica de acuerdo con la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaración jurada o promesa de no ocupar ningún lugar ni ejercer ninguna actividad en el sector público delimitado por el artículo 1 de la Ley 53/1984, de 26 de diciembre, de incompatibilidades del personal al servicio de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Copia auténtica del certificado de capacitación para la enseñanza en lengua catalana al primer ciclo de la educación infantil (CCI), que habilita para la docencia en lengua catalana en el primer ciclo de la educación infantil, según la Orden del consejero de Educación y Universidad de 8 de marzo de 2018 por la cual se fijan las titulaciones que hay que tener para dar clases de lengua catalana (BOIB n.º 38, de 27 de marzo de 2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si dentro del plazo indicado, y salvo de caso de fuerza mayor, el aspirante propuesto no presenta la documentación o no reuniera los requisitos exigidos, no podrá ser nombrado y quedará anulada su propuesta, sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad en que podría incurrir por falsedad en la instancia solicitante tomar parte en el concurso. En este caso, la Presidencia de la Corporación tiene que formular una propuesta a favor del aspirante que lo sigue en puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DÉCIMA.- NOMBRAMIENTO Y TOMA DE POSESIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez aprobada la propuesta de nombramiento por el órgano competente, las personas nombradas tienen que tomar posesión en el plazo de 3 días hábiles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;UNDÉCIMA.- GESTIÓN DE LA BOLSA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas aspirantes no seleccionadas y las que hayan superado la primera prueba de la fase de oposición, constituirán una bolsa de trabajo para cubrir posibles vacantes, sustituciones, ampliaciones de plantilla (en función de las solicitudes al servicio de la guardería infantil de primer ciclo), a tiempo parcial o a jornada completa, y otras incidencias que puedan surgir, y serán llamadas por orden de la puntuación obtenida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando se den las circunstancias para la contratación de personal laboral temporal, según las causas reguladas legalmente, los servicios municipales procederán a contactar de manera telefónica, por orden de puntuación, con las personas que formen parte de la bolsa, las cuales tendrán que manifestar su conformidad o no con la contratación en un plazo de 1 día hábil (o 2 días hábiles si el llamamiento se hace así un viernes). En la comunicación se tendrá que informar al aspirante de las condiciones básicas de trabajo del puesto que se propone. Si no se acepta la contratación no se excluirá de la bolsa, pero pasará al último lugar de la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los aspirantes llamados que den su conformidad a su contratación tendrán que presentar en el plazo de 3 días hábiles, contados desde el siguiente a la aceptación, la documentación descrita en la base novena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquellas personas que no presenten la documentación dentro del plazo establecido o no cumplan los requisitos exigidos, no podrán ser contratados y restarán sin efecto todas sus actuaciones sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad en que hubieran podido incurrir por falsedad en la solicitud en que pedían tomar parte en el proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DUODÉCIMA.- VIGENCIA DE LA BOLSA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La vigencia máxima de esta bolsa será de tres años a contar desde la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares de su constitución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DECIMOTERCERA.- INCIDENCIAS, PUBLICIDAD, RÉGIMEN NORMATIVO Y RECURSOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal queda facultado para resolver las dudas que se presenten a la interpretación de estas bases y tomar los acuerdos necesarios para el buen orden de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Que aporto la documentación relativa a méritos de conformidad con el que disponen las Bases de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo lo expuesto,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SOLICITO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que se tengan por presentados los siguientes méritos a valorar a la fase de concurso en conformidad con el que disponen las Bases de la convocatoria: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En cualquier momento podéis dirigiros al Ayuntamiento de Algaida para saber cuál es la información personal que tenemos; rectificarla, si fuera incorrecta, y eliminarla cuando haya finalizado nuestra relación. También podéis requerir el traspaso de vuestra información a otra entidad (portabilidad). Para pedir alguno de estos derechos, tendréis que remitir una solicitud por escrito a nuestra dirección, junto con una fotocopia de vuestro DNI: AYUNTAMIENTO DE ALGAIDA, CALLE DEL REI, 6, CP 07210 ALGAIDA (ISLAS BALEARES).
