&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Administración de Servicios Ferroviarios de Mallorca (de ahora en adelante, SFM) de 20 de mayo de 2022, se aprobó la oferta pública de estabilización correspondiente al personal laboral de SFM, en el marco de la Ley 20/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reducción de la temporalidad en el empleo público (BOIB n.º 68, de 26 de mayo de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Mediante el Acuerdo adoptado por el Consejo de Administración de SFM de 14 de diciembre de 2022, se aprobó la convocatoria del proceso excepcional de estabilización por concurso extraordinario de méritos para la cobertura de las plazas de personal laboral de SFM (BOIB n.º 169, de 29 de diciembre de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De acuerdo con la base 19.2 del anexo 2 de esta convocatoria sobre nombramiento de los miembros de los tribunales, el órgano que convoca el proceso selectivo les nombrará, tendrán la consideración de órganos dependientes de su autoridad y el nombramiento se publicará en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; y la página web &lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;em&gt;https://trensfm.convoca.online&lt;/em&gt;,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;una vez finalizado el periodo de presentación de instancias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Además de esto, de acuerdo con la base 19.1.2 sobre la composición de los órganos de selección, los tribunales deberán estar constituidos, como mínimo, por tres miembros titulares, con el mismo número de suplentes, constituyéndose un tribunal para cada grupo de los previstos en el artículo 29 del Convenio Colectivo de SFM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Todos los miembros de los tribunales deberán tener una titulación académica de nivel igual o superior al exigido a los aspirantes para el ingreso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Asimismo, la base 19.1.3 establece que la determinación de la composición de los tribunales se llevará a cabo de acuerdo con las siguientes normas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) &lt;/em&gt;Los órganos de selección de cada grupo profesional deberán estar constituidos por un presidente o presidenta, dos miembros designados por el Consejo de Administración de Servicios Ferroviarios de Mallorca, y por dos trabajadores fijos de Servicios Ferroviarios de Mallorca elegidos por sorteo de la categoría profesional igual o superior a la del puesto de trabajo de que se trate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el supuesto de que no existan trabajadores suficientes de SFM de algún grupo profesional, los designará el Consejo de Administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) &lt;/em&gt;El órgano que convoca el proceso selectivo designará libremente al presidente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) &lt;/em&gt;Los vocales serán nombrados por sorteo entre el personal laboral que presta servicios en el ente que pertenezca al grupo de que se trate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) &lt;/em&gt;El sorteo se realizará con la participación del Comité de Empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e) &lt;/em&gt;La secretaría corresponde a la persona designada por votación del Tribunal entre las personas designadas como vocales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La composición de los órganos de selección se ajustará, salvo razones fundamentadas y objetivas, debidamente motivadas, al criterio de paridad entre hombres y mujeres, con capacitación, competencia y preparación adecuadas. Se entenderá por representación equilibrada la presencia de mujeres y hombres de forma que ningún sexo supere el 60&amp;nbsp;% del conjunto de personas a que se refiere ni sea inferior al 40&amp;nbsp;%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. En fecha 13 de febrero de 2023 finalizó el periodo de presentación de instancias en este proceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. En la reunión de Comité de Empresa de 14 de febrero de 2023 se llevó a cabo el sorteo de los miembros de los diferentes tribunales calificadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por todo ello&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, en ejercicio de las facultades conferidas en el artículo 15.1.&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; de los Estatutos de SFM, aprobados por el Decreto 44/2015, de 22 de mayo (BOIB n.º 77, de 23 de mayo), dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Nombrar a los miembros de cada uno de los tribunales calificadores del proceso selectivo del personal laboral de SFM de los diferentes grupos profesionales, en los términos establecidos en el anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Informar a las personas nombradas de la obligación de abstenerse de intervenir en el proceso selectivo si concurren alguna de las circunstancias previstas en el artículo 23 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público, y en el punto 19.1.4 de las bases específicas de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Facultar al director-gerente de Servicios Ferroviarios de Mallorca para realizar todos los trámites necesarios para llevar a cabo el nombramiento de los miembros de los diferentes tribunales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; y en la página web &lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;em&gt;https://trensfm.convoca.online.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. Dar cuenta de esta Resolución al Consejo de Administración en la próxima sesión, a efectos de su ratificación de acuerdo con el artículo 15.1.&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; de los Estatutos de SFM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el Consejo de Administración de Servicios Ferroviarios de Mallorca en el plazo de un mes desde el día siguiente al de la publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;También se podrá interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses desde el día siguiente al de la publicación, de acuerdo con el que dispuesto en los artículos 8.2.&lt;em&gt;a) &lt;/em&gt;y 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
