&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La cláusula novena de las Bases que rigen el concurso oposición para proveer en propiedad, una plaza de operario polivalente, por turno libre, de personal funcionario de carrera del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx, establece que los resultados de las pruebas darán lugar a la constitución de una bolsa de personas aspirantes para el nombramiento o contratación interina de personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local en sesión de día 21 de febrero de 2023, acordó entre otros constituir una bolsa de trabajo para el nombramiento o contratación interina de personal, la cual estará integrada por las siguientes personas aspirantes y según la orden de prelación establecido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Según el establecido en la base novena de la convocatoria esta bolsa se mantendrá vigente hasta una nueva convocatoria, con un máximo de 3 años desde su publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra este acuerdo, que agota la vía administrativa, se pueden interponer, alternativamente, los siguientes recursos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Directamente el recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado del Contencioso–administrativo de Palma de Mallorca, en el plazo de dos meses, contados desde el día siguiente a su publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) El recurso de reposición potestativo ante el alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx, en el plazo de un mes, contado desde el día siguiente a la publicación de este acuerdo en el BOIB. Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de reposición, que se producirá por el transcurso de un mes desde su presentación sin que se haya resuelto expresamente ni se haya notificado, podrá interponerse recurso contencioso-administrativo, en el plazo de seis meses, contados a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, se puede ejercitar, si es el caso, cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente. Todo esto en conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, y de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
