&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto el expediente tramitado, y el informe del arquitecto municipal y del asesor jurídico, que consideran que se trata de una obra de primer establecimiento o de reforma integral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Abrir plazo de exposición pública del proyecto básico de arquitectura y proyecto preliminar de ingeniería de ampliación de vestuarios, formación de graderías y pavimento exterior del centro deportivo y de servicios de Cala Millor, en cumplimiento del artículo 149 de la Ley 20/2006 Municipal y de Régimen Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Esta exposición pública tendrá una duración de 15 días y consistirá en la inserción del anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, y en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento (www.santllorenc.cat) donde se incluirá copia del proyecto de arquitectura y proyecto de ingeniería.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Todas las personas interesadas podrán consultar la documentación en el departamento de actividades (Plaza del Ayuntamiento núm. 1 de Sant Llorenç) en horario de oficina (de las 8'00 a las 15'00 h).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
