    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por el Pleno de la corporación Municipal, reunido en sesión extraordinaria día 17 de febrero de 2023, se adoptó, entre otros, el acuerdo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprobar inicialmente la modificación de la plantilla de personal municipal que tiene por objeto la creación de las siguientes plazas: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;. Someter el presente acuerdo a información pública por plazo de quince días mediante anuncio en el BOIB, durante este plazo los interesados podrán examinar el expediente y presentar las reclamaciones que estimen pertinentes. Transcurrido este plazo, si no se han presentado alegaciones, se entenderá elevado a definitivo este acuerdo de aprobación inicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Durante este plazo podrá ser examinado por cualquier interesado en las dependencias municipales porque se formulen las alegaciones y las reclamaciones que se estimen pertinentes. Así mismo, estará a disposición de los interesados en la sede electrónica de este Ayuntamiento &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;[http://sencelles.sedelectronica.es].&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;En el caso de que no se presentaran reclamaciones durante este periodo, se entenderá elevado a definitivo el acuerdo de aprobación inicial y la modificación se considerará aprobada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
