Aprobación de la modificación MF-816, relativa al puesto de TAE estadista y la propuesta MFU-58, relativa a les funciones específicas asignadas a determinados puestos de trabajo del Área de Justicia, feminismo y LGTBI ]] 2023-02-20 8627 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 08/02/2023, se aprobó lo siguiente:</span></p> <p>“<strong>PRIMERO</strong>. - Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura a la propuesta adjunta MF-816 relativa a la modificación de la denominación del puesto de TAE estadista, así como la adaptación de las funciones específicas de determinados puestos de trabajo del Área.</p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%"><strong>SEGUNDO. -</strong> Aprobar la propuesta MFU-58 relativa a les funciones específicas asignadas a determinados puestos de trabajo del Área.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%"><strong>TERCERO. </strong>- Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente a su aprobación.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%"><strong>CUARTO. -</strong> Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.”</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
