&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto el artículo 101 de la Ley Orgánica 6/1985, de 1 de julio, del Poder Judicial y los artículos 4 a 6, 20, 21 y artículo 28 del Reglamento 3/1995, de 7 de junio, de los Jueces de Paz y en cumplimiento de la Resolución de Alcaldía número 2023-0236 de fecha 14.02.2023, por la que se inicia el procedimiento para la elección de Juez/a de Paz, titular y sustituto/a, de este municipio, se hace público, para el conocimiento general, el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES PARA LA CONVOCATORIA PÚBLICA PARA LA ELECCIÓN DE JUEZ/A DE PAZ, TITULAR Y SUSTITUTO/A DEL MUNICIPIO DE ALAIOR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Los requisitos legalmente establecidos para ser Juez/a de Paz, titular o sustituto, son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Ser español.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Ser mayor de edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Reunir las condiciones de capacidad y de compatibilidad, del Reglamento 3/1995, de 7 de junio, de Jueces de Paz y de la Ley Orgánica 6/1985, de 1 de Julio, del Poder Judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Residir en el municipio de Alaior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Periodo de presentación de las solicitudes. Los interesados presentarán su solicitud en el periodo de 20 días hábiles &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;contados desde el día siguiente en el que aparezca publicado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el edicto en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Las solicitudes se presentarán, utilizando el modelo establecido para la convocatoria, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;adjuntando el currículum-vitae&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, por cualquier de estos medios: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- E&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n el Registro General del Ayuntamiento de Alaior, sede física, C. Mayor, 11, horario de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 14:30h, y los miércoles también de 16:00 a 19:30h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- En la Sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Alaior (https://alaior.sedelectronica.es), Administración general: asuntos jurídicos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Solicitud de participación en el proceso de elección de Juez/a de Paz, titular y substituto/a o en la URL:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;https://alaior.sedelectronica.es/catalog/t/499c50e0-0726-4ced-b237-2fa4860e57d7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- En cualquier punto de registro detallado en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.&lt;/strong&gt; Corresponde al Pleno del Ayuntamiento, con el voto favorable de la mayoría absoluta de los miembros, elegir las personas que han de ocupar el cargo de Juez/a de Paz, titular y sustituto/a, de este municipio, de conformidad con el que dispone el artículo 6 del Reglamento 3/1995, de 7 de junio, de los Jueces de Paz y el artículo 101.2 de la Ley Orgánica 6/1985, de 1 de julio, del Poder Judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.&lt;/strong&gt; La duración máxima del nombramiento del Juez/a de Paz, titular y sustituto es de cuatro años, según el artículo 4 del Reglamento 3/1995, de 7 de junio, de los Jueces de Paz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.&lt;/strong&gt; En el Juzgado de Paz de Alaior, C. Santa Rita, 20 de Alaior, teléfono 971371210, en horario de lunes a viernes de 12:00 a 14:30h, se podrá examinar el expediente y se podrá obtener la información necesaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.&lt;/strong&gt; En el supuesto que no hubiera solicitantes, el Pleno elegirá libremente a las personas que han de ocupar el cargo de Juez/a de Paz, titular y sustituto/a, según el artículo 6 del Reglamento 3/1995, de 7 de junio, de los Jueces de Paz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
