    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aprobados&amp;nbsp;definitivamente&amp;nbsp;por&amp;nbsp;Decreto&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;esta&amp;nbsp;Alcaldía&amp;nbsp;dictado&amp;nbsp;con&amp;nbsp;fecha 07&amp;nbsp;de febrero&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;2023&amp;nbsp;los&amp;nbsp;padrones&amp;nbsp;y&amp;nbsp;listas&amp;nbsp;cobratorias&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;los PRECIOS&amp;nbsp;PÚBLICOS&amp;nbsp;DEL&amp;nbsp;SERVICIO&amp;nbsp;DE&amp;nbsp;COMIDA&amp;nbsp;A&amp;nbsp;DOMICILIO&amp;nbsp;2023,&amp;nbsp;referidos&amp;nbsp;todos&amp;nbsp;ellos&amp;nbsp;al&amp;nbsp;PERIODO&amp;nbsp;DE ENERO,&amp;nbsp;a&amp;nbsp;efectos tanto&amp;nbsp; de&amp;nbsp; su&amp;nbsp; notificación&amp;nbsp; colectiva,&amp;nbsp; en&amp;nbsp; los&amp;nbsp; términos&amp;nbsp; que&amp;nbsp; se&amp;nbsp; deducen&amp;nbsp; del&amp;nbsp; artículo&amp;nbsp; 102.3&amp;nbsp; de&amp;nbsp; la&amp;nbsp; Ley&amp;nbsp; 58/2003,&amp;nbsp; de&amp;nbsp; 17&amp;nbsp; de&amp;nbsp; diciembre,&amp;nbsp; General Tributaria,&amp;nbsp; como&amp;nbsp; de&amp;nbsp; la&amp;nbsp; sumisión&amp;nbsp; de&amp;nbsp; estos&amp;nbsp; a&amp;nbsp; trámite&amp;nbsp; de&amp;nbsp; información&amp;nbsp; pública,&amp;nbsp; por&amp;nbsp; medio&amp;nbsp; del&amp;nbsp; presente&amp;nbsp; anuncio,&amp;nbsp; se&amp;nbsp; exponen al público a CAPDEPERA y tablón municipal de edictos, por un plazo de quince días hábiles, a fin que los que se estimen interesados puedan formular cuantas observaciones, alegaciones o reclamaciones, por convenientes, tengan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Durante&amp;nbsp;este&amp;nbsp;plazo&amp;nbsp;podrá&amp;nbsp;ser&amp;nbsp;examinado&amp;nbsp;por&amp;nbsp;cualquier&amp;nbsp;interesado&amp;nbsp;en&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;dependencias&amp;nbsp;municipales&amp;nbsp;para&amp;nbsp;que,&amp;nbsp;se&amp;nbsp;formulen&amp;nbsp;les&amp;nbsp;alegaciones&amp;nbsp;que se&amp;nbsp; estimen&amp;nbsp; pertinentes.&amp;nbsp; Así&amp;nbsp; mismo,&amp;nbsp; estará&amp;nbsp; a&amp;nbsp; disposición&amp;nbsp; de&amp;nbsp; los&amp;nbsp; interesados&amp;nbsp; en&amp;nbsp; la&amp;nbsp; sede&amp;nbsp; electrónica&amp;nbsp; de&amp;nbsp; este&amp;nbsp; Ayuntamiento &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra&amp;nbsp;el&amp;nbsp;acto&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;aprobación&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;los&amp;nbsp;citados&amp;nbsp;padrones&amp;nbsp;y/o&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;liquidaciones&amp;nbsp;contenidas&amp;nbsp;en&amp;nbsp;este&amp;nbsp;podrá&amp;nbsp;interponerse&amp;nbsp;recurso&amp;nbsp;previo&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;reposición ante&amp;nbsp;la&amp;nbsp;Alcaldía&amp;nbsp;Presidencia&amp;nbsp;en&amp;nbsp;el&amp;nbsp;plazo&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;un&amp;nbsp;mes&amp;nbsp;a&amp;nbsp;contar&amp;nbsp;desde&amp;nbsp;el&amp;nbsp;día&amp;nbsp;siguiente&amp;nbsp;al&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;finalización&amp;nbsp;del&amp;nbsp;término&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;exposición&amp;nbsp;pública,&amp;nbsp;de acuerdo&amp;nbsp;a&amp;nbsp;aquello&amp;nbsp;que&amp;nbsp;se&amp;nbsp;ha&amp;nbsp;fijado&amp;nbsp;en&amp;nbsp;el&amp;nbsp;artículo&amp;nbsp;14&amp;nbsp;del&amp;nbsp;Texto&amp;nbsp;Refundido&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;la&amp;nbsp;Ley&amp;nbsp;Reguladora&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;Haciendas&amp;nbsp;Locales,&amp;nbsp;aprobado&amp;nbsp;por&amp;nbsp;Real decreto&amp;nbsp;Legislativo&amp;nbsp;2/2004,&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;5&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;marzo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con aquello que se ha fijado en el artículo 62.3 de la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria, y en el artículo 24 del Reglamento General de Recaptación, aprobado por Real decreto 939/2005, de 29 de julio, se pone en conocimiento de los contribuyentes que se procederá al cobro en período voluntario de los PRECIOS PÚBLICOS DEL SERVICIO DE COMIDA A DOMICILIO 2023 correspondiente al período DE ENERO, en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Modalidad:&amp;nbsp;Domiciliación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Transcurrido&amp;nbsp;el&amp;nbsp;plazo&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;ingreso&amp;nbsp;voluntario&amp;nbsp;sin&amp;nbsp;que&amp;nbsp;se&amp;nbsp;haya&amp;nbsp;satisfecho&amp;nbsp;la&amp;nbsp;deuda&amp;nbsp;se&amp;nbsp;iniciará&amp;nbsp;el&amp;nbsp;período&amp;nbsp;ejecutivo,&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;acuerdo&amp;nbsp;con&amp;nbsp;lo&amp;nbsp;tenor&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;los&amp;nbsp;artículos&amp;nbsp;26,&amp;nbsp;28&amp;nbsp;i&amp;nbsp;161&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;la&amp;nbsp;Ley&amp;nbsp;58/2003,&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;17&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;diciembre,&amp;nbsp;General&amp;nbsp;Tributaria,&amp;nbsp;la&amp;nbsp;cual&amp;nbsp;determinará&amp;nbsp;la&amp;nbsp;exigencia&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;los&amp;nbsp;intereses&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;demora, así&amp;nbsp;como&amp;nbsp;los&amp;nbsp;recargos&amp;nbsp;que&amp;nbsp;correspondan&amp;nbsp;y,&amp;nbsp;en&amp;nbsp;su&amp;nbsp;caso,&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;costas&amp;nbsp;del&amp;nbsp;procedimiento&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;apremio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
