&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La Escuela Balear de Administración Pública (EBAP) es un organismo autónomo de carácter administrativo con personalidad jurídica propia y plena capacidad de obrar, adscrita a la consejería competente en materia de función pública, de acuerdo con la disposición adicional tercera de la ley 10/2003, de 22 de diciembre, de medidas tributarias y administrativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Para poder cumplir con sus finalidades de carácter formativo, el artículo 30 del Decreto 31/2012, de 13 de abril, por el que se aprueban los Estatutos de la EBAP, prevé que en sus actividades pueden participar personas y entidades colaboradoras en la docencia, investigación y documentación, así como en la preparación y gestión de los procesos de selección y provisión, lo que dará lugar a las indemnizaciones oportunas por razón del servicio, tal y como establece el Decreto 62/2011, de 20 de mayo, por el que se regulan las modalidades de colaboración en las actividades formativas y en los procesos selectivos y de provisión organizados por la EBAP y se aprueba el baremo de las indemnizaciones que se derivan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La disposición final primera del Decreto 62/2011, de 20 de mayo, faculta a la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad para actualizar por resolución las cuantías de las indemnizaciones previstas. Desde que se aprobó el Decreto nunca se ha realizado ninguna actualización, lo que motiva que la mayoría de ellas hayan quedado obsoletas y no compensan adecuadamente el esfuerzo y dedicación de las personas colaboradoras en las tareas encomendadas. Por todo ello, se considera conveniente actualizar la cuantía de estas indemnizaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta disposición no indica la cuantía en la que deben actualizarse las indemnizaciones. Sin embargo, el artículo 17 de la Ley 11/2022, de 28 de diciembre, de presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2023, establece, respecto de las indemnizaciones por razón del servicio del personal al servicio de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma, que se rigen por el Decreto 16/2016, de 8 de abril, deben incrementarse un 4 % respecto de las indemnizaciones correspondientes al 31 de diciembre de 2022, por lo que se opta por realizar la misma actualización en las previstas en el Decreto 62/2011.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No se actualizan, sin embargo, las indemnizaciones de los anexos 8 y 9 del Decreto 62/2011 que ya fueron actualizadas mediante el Decreto ley 6/2022, de 13 de junio, de nuevas medidas urgentes para reducir la temporalidad en el empleo público de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Decreto 31/2012, de 13 de abril, por el que se aprueban los Estatutos de la Escola Balear de Administración Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El artículo 17 de la Ley 11/2022, de 28 de diciembre, de presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2023 (BOIB núm. 171, de 31 de diciembre de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La disposición final primera del Decreto 62/2011, de 20 de mayo, por el que se regulan las modalidades de colaboración en las actividades formativas y en los procesos selectivos y de provisión organizados por la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, y el baremo de las indemnizaciones que se derivan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprobar la actualización del baremo de las indemnizaciones a percibir por colaborar en las actividades formativas y en los procesos selectivos y de provisión organizados por la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, previstas en el Decreto 62/2011, de 20 de mayo, en los plazos establecidos en los anexos de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; Conferenciante o ponente unipersonal: 277,68 €/sesión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; Ponente o moderador de mesa redonda: 74,88 €/sesión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si las conferencias o ponencias de los puntos &lt;em&gt;e) &lt;/em&gt;y &lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; las imparten personas de reconocido prestigio académico y profesional, la indemnización podrá ser pactada, sin superar los 693,68 € por sesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANEXO 2&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Indemnizaciones para el profesorado de las actividades de formación de la modalidad en línea (artículo 20)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Profesorado responsable online: la cuota resultante del número de alumnos (hasta un máximo de 50) por la duración del curso (número de horas del curso), más 832,00 € fijos por curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Profesorado tutor online: 15,60 € por alumno (hasta un máximo de 50) más 15,60 € por hora de duración del curso con un mínimo de 416 €/curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANEXO 3&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Importes máximos de las indemnizaciones para la planificación y coordinación de un área formativa (artículo 21)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los importes máximos que se abonarán a los coordinadores de las acciones formativas son de 1.560 €, si se trata de la coordinación de un área específica de formación, y de 2.600 € anuales, si se trata de un curso de capacitación de policía local o de emergencias, con los criterios establecidos en el artículo 21.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Indemnización por la presentación del temario completo del curso: 3,64 € por página completa, con un máximo de 14,56 € por cada hora de duración del curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Modalidad online: artículo 23 &lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Indemnización de 46,80 € por hora de duración de la actividad, hasta un máximo de 1.404,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Material para cursos de larga duración: artículo 23 &lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El importe máximo de la indemnización para el material de cursos de larga duración es de 18.720,00 €, de acuerdo con los criterios previstos en el artículo 23 &lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANEXO 6&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Indemnizaciones específicas por las colaboraciones técnicas y de apoyo en el desarrollo de las pruebas de los diferentes niveles del área de lenguas organizadas por la EBAP (artículos 24 y 37)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Para la elaboración de pruebas: 93,60 € por prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Para evaluar y revisar, en su caso, pruebas orales: 11,28 € por cada persona evaluada, con un mínimo de 100,54 € por sesión y día si la persona colaboradora técnica sólo ha sido convocada para la realización de pruebas orales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Para evaluar y revisar, en su caso, pruebas escritas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nivel A (catalán) e inicial (lengua extranjera): 6,77 € por persona evaluada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nivel B (catalán) y medio (lengua extranjera): 9,04 € por persona evaluada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Niveles C y D (catalán) y superior (lengua extranjera): 12,42 € por persona evaluada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nivel E (catalán): 13,54 € por persona evaluada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; La asistencia como personal colaborador técnico a las pruebas escritas (por sesión y día) se indemnizará con 100,54 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; La asistencia como personal de apoyo a las pruebas escritas se indemnizará con 61,11 € por sesión y día.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANEXO 7&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Indemnización devengada por la supervisión de las aulas y el apoyo logístico de las acciones formativas (artículo 25)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por la elaboración de cada caso práctico y su respuesta: 100,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por cada pregunta de tipo test elaborada junto con la respuesta correcta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;GRUPO A: 9 euros/pregunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;GRUPO B y C: 6 euros/pregunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por cada pregunta de desarrollo elaborada que no sea una transcripción del temario y su respuesta: 30 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
