&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Menorca, en sesión ordinaria de 1 de agosto de 2022 (BOIB 105 de 9 de agosto de 2022), aprobó las bases y la convocatoria de ayudas en materia cinegética para el año 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La dotación presupuestaria de esta convocatoria es de 25.000 € de la partida 5.41240.4890000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El plazo de presentación de solicitudes era de un mes contador a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB. La convocatoria de ayudas para el año 2022 se publicó el día 9 de agosto y, por lo tanto, el plazo de un mes para presentar la solicitud finalizaba el día 9 de septiembre de 2022. En este plazo se presentaron seis solicitudes. Los seis solicitantes cumplían los requisitos de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El objeto de estas ayudas es apoyar a determinadas actividades sin ánimo de lucro, llevadas a cabo en el territorio de Menorca, en materia cinegética entre día 1 de diciembre del año anterior al de la convocatoria y día 30 de noviembre del año de la convocatoria, y que contribuyen a mejorar la capacidad, el aprovechamiento y la sostenibilidad de los recursos que son objeto de explotación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. El punto 4 de las bases enumera las actividades subvencionables y el punto 7 indica la documentación que tienen que presentar los solicitantes de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. La base 8 especifica que el porcentaje máximo de subvención por solicitante es de un 80% del coste de las actuaciones y que cada solicitante puede recibir un máximo de 400 € por la línea A y 5.000 € por la línea B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. Día 14 de diciembre de 2022 la instructora emitió un primer informe de concesión y pago de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. Día 14 de diciembre de 2022 se reunió la Comisión Evaluadora de las ayudas y emitió su propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. Día 12 de enero de 2023 la instructora emitió un informe complementario relativo a la concesión y pago de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10. Día 8 de febrero de 2023 el interventor emitió informe de fiscalización favorable a la concesión de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Bases y convocatoria de las ayudas en materia cinegética del año 2022 (BOIB núm. 105 de 9'agosto de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Artículo 33.2 k de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Como titular del Departamento de Economía y Territorio, en ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas por el artículo 33 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares; por el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 275/2022, de 6 de septiembre de 2022, relativo a la delegación de competencias de la Presidencia en los consejeros ejecutivos (BOIB núm. 118 de 8 de septiembre de 2022), y el Acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo de 5 de septiembre de 2022 relativo a la delegación de competencias del Consejo Ejecutivo en la presidenta y en los consejeros y consejeras ejecutivos (BOIB núm. 118 de 8 de septiembre de 2022), todo el anterior en relación con el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 421/2019, de 9 de julio, de creación de los departamentos (BOIB núm. 93 ext. de 10 de julio de 2019);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En uso de las atribuciones que me han sido conferidas,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;Conceder y tramitar el pago, por un importe total de 11.059,31 €, de las ayudas siguientes de la convocatoria del CIM en materia cinegética correspondiente en 2022, para apoyar a determinadas actividades sin ánimo de lucro, llevadas a cabo en el territorio de Menorca en materia cinegética entre el días 1 de diciembre de 2021 y 30 de noviembre de 2022, con cargo a la partida 5.41910.4890000 del presupuesto del Consejo Insular de Menorca para el año 2023:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Tercero. Remitir a la BDNS estos acuerdos en cumplimiento del art. 20.8 de la LGS y publicarlos en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares a los efectos de notificación (art. 1b de la LPACAP). Cuarto. Comunicar este acuerdo a la Consejería de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares para que tenga los efectos que correspondan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra este acuerdo – que no agota la vía administrativa – se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante el Consejo Ejecutivo en el plazo de un mes contador desde el día siguiente que se haya publicado, de acuerdo con el artículo 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. El mencionado recurso se entenderá desestimado, si no se notifica la resolución correspondiente, cuando hayan transcurrido tres meses desde su interposición. Contra la desestimación del recurso de alzada por silencio administrativo podréis interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
