    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mediante el decreto de alcaldía núm. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2023-0106&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, se ha resuelto lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;"En fecha 12 de abril de 2022 la Junta de Gobierno del Ayuntamiento de Inca aprobó las bases y la convocatoria para la cobertura como personal funcionario de carrera de una plaza de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Técnico de Administración Especial de Servicios Económicos &lt;/span&gt;del Ayuntamiento de Inca mediante el sistema de oposición. Las bases que rigen este proceso selectivo se publicaron en el BOIB núm. 53 de 21 de abril de 2022, y la convocatoria en el BOE núm. 101 de 28 de abril de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vez realizados todos los ejercicios de la fase de oposición, el Tribunal calificador en fecha 12 de enero de 2023 ha hecho pública la relación de aprobados en la web municipal, y ha elevado esta relación junto con el acta de la sesión al Sr. Alcalde presidente para que formule los nombramientos pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Sr. JBM, &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;mediante el registro de entrada núm. 2023-E-RC-772 de 16/01/2023 09:45&lt;/span&gt;ha aceptado la plaza ofrecida y ha presentado los documentos originales acreditativos de cumplir con los requisitos exigidos en la base segunda del proceso selectivo, por lo que debe procederse a su nombramiento como funcionario &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de carrera Técnico de Administración Especial de Servicios Económicos&lt;/span&gt;, y en el plazo de cinco (5) días, a contar desde la comunicación del nombramiento, deberá tomar posesión de su cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo lo expuesto y visto el informe favorable emitido por la técnica de administración general interina que consta en el expediente, de acuerdo con lo que preceptúa el artículo 41.14 a) del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre , por lo que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, HE RESUELTO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aceptar la propuesta del Tribunal Calificador y en consecuencia nombrar a Sr. J&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;BM&lt;/span&gt;, titular del DNI 41572434A, personal Funcionario de carrera de la escala Administración especial, subescala Técnica, TAE de Servicios Económicos &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; Grupo/subgrupo A1, de esta Corporación con el nivel de destino 28.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt;Autorizar y Disponer (AD) el gasto por un importe de&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;y 75.730,72 e&lt;/span&gt;uros en concepto de retribución por la plaza de personal Funcionario de carrera de la escala Administración especial, subescala Técnica, TAE de Servicios Económicos, Grupo/subgrupo A1, durante el año 2023, de acuerdo con los importes fijados en el decreto de la alcaldía 2022-0081 de 20/01/2022, así como los incrementos retributivos previstos en la Ley 31/2022, de 23 de diciembre, de Presupuestos Generales del Estado para el año 2023 y las cotizaciones de la seguridad social vigentes legalmente en la fecha actual, y con cargo a las siguientes aplicaciones presupuestarias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
