las explotaciones agrarias, correspondientes a los años 2015-2019, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;especifica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;que la resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;expresa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;se notificará&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;los interesados mediante&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;su publicación en el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;de acuerdo con &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.El 4 de febrero de 2022, el vicepresidente del FOGAIBA, dictó una Resolución de concesión de ayudas para inversiones en las explotaciones agrarias, que se publicó en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares número 23, de 12 de febrero de 2022, en la que figura una concesión a favor de EXPLOTACIONES AGROPECUARIAS CAS GARRIGUER S.L., con CIF B16614422, con número de expediente INEA 2019_1/171, por un importe de ayuda de 123.159,00 € y un plazo de de 12 meses. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.El 13 de junio de 2022, con registro de entrada núm. GOIB349212/2022 la persona indicada en el apartado anterior presentó una solicitud de cambio de trazado del cierre y cambio de inversión de la sembradora concedida por una intercepa respectivamente. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.El 19 de julio de 2022 el servicio de ayudas al desarrollo rural notifica vía NOTIB al beneficiario de la aceptación de la solicitud de cambio de inversión y del cambio de trazado del cierre. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5.El 3 de agosto de 2022 el controlador del FOGAIBA firma el acta de no inicio de la inversión del cierre con el nuevo trazado. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;6.El 14 de noviembre de 2022 con número de registro de entrada 51544630, el beneficiario presenta una solicitud de prórroga de tres meses más para poder terminar de ejecutar las inversiones, alegando que no pudo empezar las obras de cierre hasta septiembre de 2022 por que la inspección inicial de no inicio se realizó en el mes de agosto. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7.El apartado duodécimo, justificación y pago de las ayudas, de la Resolución del presidente del FOGAIBA de 10 de julio de 2015, establece que el plazo máximo para la notificación y la justificación de la realización de la inversión propuesta es de 12 meses para las inversiones inmuebles y de 6 meses para las inversiones muebles, a contar desde el día siguiente a la fecha de notificación de la resolución de concesión de la ayuda. Por razones justificadas de demora en la concesión de licencias por parte de los ayuntamientos, bajas laborales e incidencias graves que no sean imputables al solicitante, los beneficiarios podrán solicitar la ampliación del plazo de realización y justificación establecido en la resolución de concesión. Esta solicitud de ampliación debe presentarse durante el plazo de ejecución. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;8.La concesión de la ayuda se notificó el 12 de febrero de 2022, por tanto, el plazo máximo para la justificación de la inversión aprobada es de 12 meses, desde el 13 de febrero de 2022 hasta el 13 de febrero de 2023. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;9.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;De acuerdo con el apartado 2 del artículo 20 de la Orden del consejero de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio de 19 de febrero de 2015, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en el marco del Programa de Desarrollo Rural de las Islas Baleares 2014-2020, regula que, con carácter excepcional y por razones debidamente justificadas, las personas beneficiarias de las ayudas podrán solicitar la ampliación o reapertura de los plazos establecidos en la respectiva convocatoria, con la salvedad del plazo de presentación de solicitudes. Esta solicitud debe presentarse antes del vencimiento del plazo de que se trate. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El FOGAIBA puede acordar la ampliación solicitada siempre que con ello no se perjudiquen derechos de terceras personas. El acuerdo de ampliación debe notificarse individualmente al interesado y no es susceptible de recurso. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Visto el Decreto 64/2005, de 10 de junio, de creación del FOGAIBA; en virtud de la Orden de la consejera de Agricultura y Pesca de 23 de diciembre de 2005 se dispone que el FOGAIBA asume la ejecución de la política de la Consejería de Agricultura y Pesca en lo referente a la aplicación de las medidas de fomento y mejora de los sectores agrario y pesquero a partir del 1 de enero de 2006. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;10.
