    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Que en fecha 3 de febrero de 2023 mediante la resolución núm. 2023/85 la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Servicios Generales nombra nuevos miembros de los tribunales de las diferentes convocatorias de las ofertas públicas de ocupación extraordinaria del Consejo Insular de Menorca y entes dependientes, de todos los ayuntamientos de Menorca y del Instituto Menorquín de Estudios. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Que se ha detectado un error en el nombramiento de un miembro del tribunal del subgrupo A1 y grupo B correspondiente al Ayuntamiento de Maó. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Que en aplicación del establecido al art. 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, que dice: «las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Como titular del Departamento de Servicios Generales, en ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas por el artículo 33 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, por el Decreto de presidencia núm. 275/2022, de 6 de septiembre de 2022, relativo a la delegación de competencias de la Presidencia en los consejeros ejecutivos (BOIB núm. 118 de 8 de septiembre de 2022), el acuerdo del Consejo ejecutivo de 5 de septiembre de 2022, relativo a la delegación de competencias del Consejo Ejecutivo en la presidenta y en los consejeros y consejeras ejecutivas (BOIB núm. 118 de 8 de septiembre de 2022), todo lo anterior en relación con el Decreto de presidencia núm. 421/2019 de 9 de julio, de creación de los departamentos (BOIB núm. 93 ext. de 10 de julio de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En particular, la presente resolución se dicta en virtud de la delegación efectuada por el acuerdo del Consejo ejecutivo de 5 de septiembre de 2022 en la consejera ejecutiva de Servicios Generales en materia de personal, &lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Rectificar el error material de la resolución núm. 2023/85 de fecha 3 de febrero de 2023, de nombramientos de nuevos miembros de los tribunales de las diferentes convocatorias de las ofertas públicas de ocupación extraordinaria por estabilización del Consejo Insular de Menorca y entes dependientes, de todos los ayuntamientos de Menorca y del Instituto Menorquín de Estudios, en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar esta resolución al BOIB, en la web del Consejo Insular (www.cime.es/oposicions.cime.es) y al tablón de edictos en la Sede de Ciutadella y Maó. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar al nuevo miembro del tribunal que consta en el apartado primero de esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
