&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En la sesión del Consejo de Dirección de la AETIB de fecha 24 de mayo de 2022, se aprobó la oferta pública de estabilización para el año 2022 correspondiente al personal laboral de la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Islas Baleares (AETIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Esta se publicó en el BOIB num 68, de 26 de mayo de 2022, se publicó la oferta pública de estabilización de la AETIB, por la que se ofrecían:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Modalidad concurso de méritos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;:&amp;nbsp; &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;17 plazas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; vacantes de personal laboral, correspondientes a las plazas de naturaleza estructural, dotadas presupuestariamente, que han sido ocupadas de manera temporal e ininterrumpida con anterioridad al 1 de enero de 2016, de acuerdo con lo previsto en la Ley 20/2021, mencionada en el párrafo anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Categorías; técnicos superiores, técnico grado medio, administrativos, auxiliar de registro y chofer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Modalidad concurso-oposición&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;: &lt;/strong&gt;3 plazas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; de personal laboral declarado indefinido no fijo por auto del Juzgado nº2 de lo social, de homologación de acuerdo extrajudicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Categorías: técnico facultativo, administrativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez redactadas las bases de ambas convocatorias de conformidad con el Acuerdo de la Mesa General del Sector Público instrumental Autonómico de 7 de julio de 2022 relativo a los criterios que deben regir en los procesos de estabilización que regula la Ley 20/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reducción de la temporalidad en el empleo público se aprobaron en la sesión del consejo de dirección de fecha 3 de noviembre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La composición de los tribunales se establece en la cláusula 6.2 de las convocatorias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;"6.2. Composición: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se constituirá un órgano de selección para cada grupo de titulación, para la valoración de los méritos para el acceso a las diferentes categorías profesionales. El tribunal es el órgano de selección encargado de llevar a cabo este proceso selectivo, y debe constituirse uno para cada grupo profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los órganos de selección deben estar constituidos, por tres miembros titulares, con el mismo número de suplentes. Debe constituirse un tribunal por cada grupo. Todos los miembros de los tribunales deben poseer una titulación académica de igual o de superior nivel que el exigido a los aspirantes para el ingreso. La determinación de la composición de los órganos de selección debe llevarse a cabo de acuerdo con las siguientes normas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) El presidente será designado libremente por el presidente de la AETIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Los vocales deben ser nombrados por sorteo entre el personal laboral fijo en situación de servicio activo en la AETIB que pertenezcan al grupo de que se trate. El sorteo se hará con la participación del Comité de Empresa de la AETIB y la dirección de la AETIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) La secretaría del tribunal, corresponderá a la persona designada por votación de entre las personas designadas como vocales de los órganos de selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La composición de la totalidad de los órganos de selección debe ajustarse, salvo razones fundamentadas y objetivas, debidamente motivadas, al criterio de paridad entre hombres y mujeres, con capacitación, competencia y preparación adecuadas. Los órganos de selección encargados de la selección serán nombrados por la dirección de la AETIB y tienen la consideración de órganos dependientes de su autoridad. Esta composición se publicará&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En fecha 5 de diciembre de 2022, se solicitó a la secretaría general de la consejería de Modelo Económico, Turismo y Trabajo, la designación de personal de la consejería para realizar las tareas de presidentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En fecha 12 de enero de 2023 se realizó el sorteo público en presencia del comité de empresa del personal fijo de la AETIB que debe formar parte del órgano de selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En fecha 2 de febrero de 2023 la Conselleria de Modelo Económico, Turismo y Trabajo, designó a los presidentes ( titulares y suplentes) para formar parte de los órganos de selección de las convocatorias de procesos selectivos de estabilización mediante concurso de méritos y modalidad concurso oposición para el acceso como personal fijo de la AETIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
