El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Campos, en la sesión ordinaria de día 29 de septiembre de 2022, aprobó inicialmente la modificación de la ordenanza reguladora del precio público por la prestación de servicios en la guardería municipal "Els Taperons", lo que se publicó en el BOIB núm. 130, de 6 de octubre de 2022.</span></span></em></p> <p><em><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">2. Dado que en fecha 17 de octubre de 2022, el Instituto Balear de la Mujer remitió informe preceptivo de impacto de género, haciendo recomendaciones relativas al uso del lenguaje así como la propuesta de introducción de una bonificación potestativa.</span></span></em></p> <p><em><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">3. Dado que en el plazo de exposición pública no se han presentado alegaciones en relación con la modificación de la ordenanza reguladora del precio público por la prestación de servicios en la guardería municipal "Els Taperons".</span></span></em></p> <p><em><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">4. El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Campos, en la sesión ordinaria de día 26 de enero de 2023, adoptó, entre otros, los siguientes acuerdos:</span></span></em></p> <p style="margin-left:40px"><em><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">1. Estimar las propuestas de revisión del lenguaje presentadas por el Institut Balear de la Dona.</span></span></em></p> <p style="margin-left:40px"><em><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">2. Estimar la propuesta de introducción de una bonificación para los hijos e hijas de las mujeres víctimas de violencia de género en el texto de la ordenanza reguladora, todo ello según lo propuesto por el Instituto Balear de la Mujer.</span></span></em></p> <p style="margin-left:40px"><em><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">3. Aprobar definitivamente la modificación de la ordenanza reguladora del precio público por la prestación de servicios en la Escoleta Municipal “Els Taperons”, con el siguiente tenor literal (...)</span></span></em></p> <p style="margin-left:40px"><em><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">4. Notificar el presente acuerdo al Instituto Balear de la Mujer, con indicación de los recursos correspondientes.</span></span></em></p> <p style="margin-left:40px"><em><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">5. Publicar el presente acuerdo, conjuntamente con el texto íntegro de la ordenanza en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. Asimismo, se publicará en el tablón de anuncios del ayuntamiento y en el portal de transparencia municipal.</span></span></em></p> <p><em><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">5. En cumplimiento de lo que dispone el artículo 17.3 del Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de Haciendas locales, y una vez adoptado el acuerdo definitivo de aprobación del redactado de la ordenanza, se procede a su publicación íntegra en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears:</span></span></em></p> <p style="text-align:center"> </p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">“<strong>Ordenanza reguladora del precio público por la prestación de servicios en la Escoleta Municipal “Els Taperons”</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>Artículo 1.- Fundamento y naturaleza</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">Al amparo de lo previsto en los artículos 41 y 127 del Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las haciendas locales, y en concordancia con las competencias propias de Ayuntamiento de Campos en virtud de lo establecido en el artículo 29.2.p de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears, este Ayuntamiento establece los precios públicos por el servicio de escuela infantil y guardería.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>Artículo 2.- Obligados al pago</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">Están obligados al pago del precio público regulado por esta ordenanza las personas físicas o jurídicas (padres, madres o quien ostente la tutela de los niños) que se beneficien de los servicios o actividades prestados o realizados por este Ayuntamiento, a los que se hace referencia al artículo anterior.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>Artículo 3.- Cuantía</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">La cuantía a exigir por la prestación del servicio se determinará en función de las siguientes cuantías, todo ello según los tramos horarios y servicios ofrecidos en cada uno de estos tramos:</span></span></p> <div style="page-break-after:always"><span style="display:none">&nbsp;</span></div> <p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>A. Bonificaciones y exenciones</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">En situaciones de escasa o nula capacidad económica, se podrá reducir el importe del precio público en la medida en que lo pongan de manifiesto los servicios sociales del Ayuntamiento de Campos. Previa solicitud de la parte interesada, se emitirá informe por parte del servicio competente proponiendo una bonificación o exención que podrá llegar hasta la totalidad del </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">En situaciones de hijos e hijas de mujeres víctimas de la violencia de género, se podrá reducir el importe del precio público en la medida en que lo pongan de manifiesto los servicios sociales del Ayuntamiento de Campos. Previa solicitud de la parte interesada, se emitirá informe por parte del servicio competente proponiendo una bonificación o exención que podrá llegar hasta la totalidad del precio público.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>Artículo 5. Normas de gestión</strong></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">1. El pago de los precios establecidos se efectuará por mensualidades vencidas de cada mes mediante domiciliación bancaria.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">2. Excepción a lo anterior se convierte en el abono de la cuantía correspondiente al mes de agosto, que se abonará conjuntamente con la del mes de julio.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">3. En el mes de agosto se prestará el servicio únicamente la mitad del mes.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">4. Para dar de baja al alumnado deberá avisarse el mes anterior.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">5.
