    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Con arreglo a lo dispuesto en los artículos 17.3b y 20.8a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria, cuyo texto completo puede consultarse en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (672317).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Asimismo, se expondrá en el tablón de edictos del Ajuntament de Capdepera, portal web municipal &lt;em&gt;www.ajcapdepera.net&lt;/em&gt; y demás espacios de difusión de la actividad municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primera. Objeto y finalidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Estas Convocatoria y Bases regulan el desarrollo del concurso de narrativa breve Ploma de ferro 2023. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segunda. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Para tomar parte en la categoría adulta, los autores deberán ser mayores de 18 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;La categoria juvenil va destinada al alumnado de 6º de primaria de los CEIP S'Auba y CEIP S'Alzinar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercera. Régimen jurídico&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La convocatoria se regirá por lo dispuesto en las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En todo aquello no previsto en las mismas se estará a lo dispuesto por lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- artículo 4 de la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, de Reforma del Estatuto de Autonomía de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Ley 3/1986, de Normalización Lingüística en les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Reglamento general de subvenciones 887/2006, de 21 de julio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Ordenanza general reguladora de la concesión de subvenciones del Ajuntament de Capdepera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Reglamento (UE) del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 27 de abril de 2016, relativo a las personas físicas en lo que respecta al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulación de estos datos (RGPD).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarta. Dotación presupuestaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Durante el ejercicio presupuestario de 2022 el Ajuntament de Capdepera destinará la cantidad de &lt;strong&gt;700€,&lt;/strong&gt; con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 330/480001.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinta. Premios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se establecen los siguientes &lt;strong&gt;premios&lt;/strong&gt;, según la categoría:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Categoría adulta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;premio único de 500€&lt;/strong&gt;, galardón conmemorativo del premio y *gastos de vuelo, alojamiento (1 noche) y coche de alquiler, únicamente en caso de que el ganador o ganador sea de fuera de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;premio para auto&lt;span style="background-color:#fffffe"&gt;r local: 200€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fffffe"&gt;y galardón conmemorativo del premio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Las dotaciones económicas de los premios podrán dividirse entre dos galardones de la misma categoría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Los premios estarán sujetos a la normativa fiscal vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Categoría juvenil: &lt;/strong&gt;un&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;lote de publicaciones municipales para los diferentes premiados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexta. Requisitos y obligaciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Las narraciones deberán redactarse originalmente en lengua catalana. Quedará descalificada una obra remitida en cualquier otra lengua traducida al catalán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Deberán ser originales e inéditas; de temática libre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Deberán redactarse en un solo texto. Es decir, no podrán estar formadas por un conjunto de relatos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4. No podrán presentarse narraciones que, en el momento de presentarse a este concurso, estén pendientes de veredicto de otro concurso, hayan sido galardonadas con anterioridad o editadas. Este requisito deberá acreditarse marcando una X en la casilla de la &lt;strong&gt;declaración jurada &lt;/strong&gt;(incluida en el formulario de solicitud).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se entiende por &lt;strong&gt;editado&lt;/strong&gt; aquel texto publicado en formato libro, bien en papel o digitalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5. Cada autor o autora sólo podrá presentar un máximo de una narración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;6. No se admitirán narraciones cuyo autor sean diversos autores. Cada obra solamente podrá corresponder a un solo autor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;7. &lt;strong&gt;Para tomar parte en la categoría adulta deberá presentarse la siguiente documentación en cualquiera de estas modalidades de envío&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.1) Para participantes que dispongan de certificado digital&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Desde el enlace &lt;em&gt;https://ajcapdepera.sedelectronica.es&lt;/em&gt; acceder a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Solicitud telemática de participación a los Premis Ploma de ferro&lt;/strong&gt; y cumplimentar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Declaración jurada &lt;/strong&gt;(incluida en el ANEXO II de la solicitud. Solamente deberá marcarse una X en la pestaña correspondiente).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Adjuntar el archivo de la narración,&lt;/strong&gt; en formato .pdf&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Una vez finalizado el trámite el mismo asistente telemático expedirá un resguardo de remisión de sollicitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.2) Para participantes sin certificado digital:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Desde el enlace &lt;em&gt;https://ajcapdepera.sedelectronica.es:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Descargar y cumplimentar el modelo de&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;solicitud de participación a los Premis Ploma de ferro.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Declaración jurada &lt;/strong&gt;(incluida en el ANEXO II de la solicitud. Solamente deberá marcarse una X en la pestaña correspondiente).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Adjuntar la solicitud debidamente cumplimentada&lt;/strong&gt; y el &lt;strong&gt;archivo de la narración&lt;/strong&gt; (en formato .pdf) al correo &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;plomadeferro@gmail.com&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Una vez recibido el correo con la documentación exigida será revisada por la organización del concurso&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Si es correcta será remitida al Registro General del Ajuntament para su registro y posteriormente se mandará al mismo correo electrónico anterior un resguardo del registro realizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Si fuera necesaria su subsanación o errores en los archivos, también se indicará en cada caso. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;8. &lt;strong&gt;Características de las narraciones: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Deberán contener el título y pseudónimo del autor (en la primera página o en la portada).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- En caso de hacer constar el nombre del concurso Ploma de ferro, verificar la referencia correcta a este concurso literario y no hacer constar el nombre de otro concurso. Toda narración con referencia errónea a los Premis Ploma de ferro quedará automáticamente fuera de concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- La extensión máxima de las narraciones será de 10 folios mecanografiados por una sola cara, a doble espacio y con letra tamaño 12 del tipo Arial o Times New Roman. Asimismo, los márgenes del documento serán de 2 cm en los cuatro lados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Cumplir con los estándares mínimos de corrección lingüística, coherencia, cohesión y puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;9. De no reunirse todos y cada uno de los requisitos anteriores las obras quedarán automáticamente fuera de concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10. Una vez presentada una narración, si algún autor de la categoría adulta desea retirarse del concurso únicamente podrá hacerlo durante el plazo de presentación de obras (hasta el &lt;strong&gt;17 de marzo de 2023 a las 14 h&lt;/strong&gt;). En este caso deberá hacerlo constar expresamente presentando un escrito motivado haciendo constar dicha circunstancia ante el registro general del Ajuntament de Capdepera o por cualquiera de los medios y lugares señalados en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11. El jurado se reserva el derecho de solicitar algún cambio a los autores a la hora de publicar la obra, además de efectuar las correcciones de errores ortográficos, gramaticales y de puntuación que considere oportunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12. No se retornarán las obras presentadas; en consecuencia, una vez resuelta la convocatoria, se destruirán los archivos automáticamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13. La participación a este concurso supone la aceptación de las condiciones establecidas en las mismas, así como de las obligaciones y derechos que se derivan. Asimismo, el autor se responsabiliza del cumplimiento de lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; que la obra es inédita y que en el momento de presentarse al concurso Ploma de ferro no participa en ningún otro concurso literario ni está pendiente de resolución de premio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) &lt;/em&gt;que tampoco ha sido galardonada con anterioridad ni está pendiente de ser editada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; estar localizable (mediante móvil, fijo o correo electrónico) en un máximo de 72 horas posteriores a la fecha de deliberación del jurado para poderle comunicar el veredicto, en caso de resultar ganador o ganadora, tal como se especifica en el punto 6 de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Los premiados deberán acreditar estar al corriente de sus obligaciones con la Agencia Estatal de la la Agencia Tributaria y con la Seguridad Social. De lo contrario, no podrán ser beneficiarios de los premios, conforme se indica en el punto 9 de las bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Categoría juvenil: hasta el 31 de marzo de 2022.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Novena. Fechas&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;deliberación y de&amp;nbsp;comunicación de veredicto&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La fecha aproximada de deliberación del jurado de la categoría adulta será entre los días&lt;strong&gt; 3 y 4 de abril de 2023.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000007"&gt;La &lt;strong&gt;resolución final&lt;/strong&gt; del jurado será &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000007"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;inapelable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000007"&gt;. Se establecerá del siguiente modo: De &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;entre las obras presentadas, el jurat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;seleccionará &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;cinco &lt;/strong&gt;para la emisión de su veredicto, atendiendo a criterios de técnica, temática, calidad literaria, acción/tensión narrativa, construcción de personajes, historia y corrección lingüística, además de los aspectos indicados en la cláusula sexta. Se establecerá una tabla con estas cinco narraciones, ordenadas de mayor a menor puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se establecerá un&lt;strong&gt; plazo máximo &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;tras &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la deliberación del jurado (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;hasta el &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;día 5 de abril de 2023 a las 14 h&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) pa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ra la publicación del veredicto de la categoría adulta en el tablón de edictos del Ajuntament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt; &lt;em&gt;http://ajcapdepera.sedelectronica.es/info.0&lt;/em&gt; y comunicar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;lo a los diferentes ganadores, según el orden obtenido en la prelación de relatos premiados efectuado por el jurado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Durante este plazo cada uno de los participantes a este concurso deberá estar localizable (a través del teléfono móvil, teléfono fijo o correo electrónico señalados en la solicitud presentada). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De no haber podido contactar de ninguna manera con quienes hubieren resultado ganadores según el orden de prelación y en el plazo señalados en el párrafo anterior, se entenderá que el autor o autora en cuestión ha perdido sus derechos de obtención del premio y, en consecuencia, pasará a otorgarse al siguiente premiado o premiada según el orden de prelación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los &lt;strong&gt;premiados&lt;/strong&gt; deberán acreditar estar al corriente de sus obligaciones con la Agencia Estatal de la l'Agencia Tributaria y con la Seguridad Social. De lo contrario no podrán ser beneficiarios de los premios. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Cesión&amp;nbsp;de derechos de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;obras ganadoras al ajuntament y publicación&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El Ajuntament de Capdepera se hará cargo de la primera edición de las obras ganadoras, que se publicarán en soporte digital en la web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000080"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;www.ajcapdepera.net&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; y en una publicación en papel. Asimismo se publicarán en la web de la Associació Cultural Cap Vermell &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000080"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;www.capvermell.org&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;,&lt;/em&gt; entidad colaboradora del concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. No obstante, el autor ganador o autora ganadora podrá publicar la obra premiada por su cuenta debiendo en todo caso hacer constar lo siguiente: «&lt;em&gt;Este relato obtuvo el primer premio / premio local&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; [según el caso] &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;en la edición del concurso de narrativa breve Ploma de ferro&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;2023, convocado por el Ajuntament de Capdepera»&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimoprimera. Entrega y recogida de premios&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Fech&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a de entrega de premios de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;categoría adulta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;entre los días &lt;strong&gt;20 y 23 de abril de 2023.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Se avisará del lugar y hora oportunamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Los autores que resulten ganadores &lt;strong&gt;deberán asistir obligatoriamente a la la recogida del premio o,&lt;/strong&gt; en todo caso, &lt;strong&gt;delegar a alguien para recogerlo.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En caso de delegación, deberá mandarse una solicitud telemática haciendo constar la representación de la persona en quien se delega la recogida del galardón (nombre, apellidos, DNI y forma de contacto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. De no cumplirse la circunstancia de venir a recoger el premio personalmente o de delegar a alguien para su recogida la organización entenderá que se renuncia a la obtención del premio, pasando, en consecuencia, a otorgarlo a otro participante, según el orden de prelación señalado en los párrafos anteriores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimosegunda. Protección de datos personales&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000007"&gt;En cumplimiento del Reglamento (UE) del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 27 de abril de 2016, relativo a las personas físicas relativo a al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulación de estos datos (RGPD) y de&lt;/span&gt; la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; los datos de los diferentes autores serán tratadas por el Ajuntament de Capdepera únicamente con la finalidad de formar parte de una base de datos de participantes al concurso para mandar información referente a este concurso en futuras ediciones.
