    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento, en sesión del día 27 de septiembre de 2022 aprobó, entre otros, los siguientes acuerdos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Primero.- Aprobar inicialmente el Reglamento regulador del régimen de uso de las instalaciones municipales del área de Juventud.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Segundo.- Acordar el establecimiento de un periodo de información pública por un plazo de treinta días, a los efectos de que se puedan presentar reclamaciones y sugerencias. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tercero.- En el supuesto de que, durante el plazo establecido al efecto, no se presenten reclamaciones o sugerencias, el presente acuerdo de aprobación provisional se considerará automáticamente elevado a definitivo. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Cuarto.- Una vez adoptado el acuerdo de aprobación definitivo del reglamento ( o el provisional elevado automáticamente a tal categoría) se procederá a la publicación íntegra del presente Reglamento en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, para su entrada en vigor. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estos acuerdos se publicaron en el tablón de anuncios y edictos electrónicos de la Sede Electrónica del Ayuntamiento de fecha 17 de octubre de 2022. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los citados acuerdos se sometieron a información pública por un plazo de 30 días hábiles, a fin y efecto de que los interesados/des pudieran presentar las alegaciones que consideraran oportunas. Durante el periodo comprendido entre el 17.10.2022 y el 30.11.2022, no se presentaron alegaciones hacia los citados acuerdos en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En base al citado acuerdo de Plenario de aprobación inicial de la modificación puntual del Reglamento de régimen de uso de las instalaciones municipales del área de Juventud, transcurrido el periodo de exposición pública, sin que se hayan presentado reclamaciones o sugerencias en el mencionado plazo, el acuerdo se considera aprobado definitivamente sin necesidad de acuerdo exprés por el Pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El texto íntegro del Reglamento de régimen de uso de las instalaciones municipales del área de Juventud se publica en el BOIB, en cumplimiento del artículo 103 de la Ley 20/2006 de 15 de diciembre municipal y del régimen local de las Islas Baleares y entrará en vigor el día siguiente a su publicación, siendo la redacción de éste la siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;REGLAMENTO REGULADOR DEL RÉGIMEN DE USO DE LAS INSTALACIONES MUNICIPALES DEL ÁREA DE JUVENTUD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTULO I&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Objeto, servicios, ámbito d‘aplicación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 1.- &lt;/strong&gt;Objeto.- Es objeto de este Reglamento la regulación del uso de las instalaciones municipales del área de Juventud, el cual el Ayuntamiento de Marratxí dicta en ejercicio de la potestad de autoorganización que le reconocen los artículos 4.1.a) de la vigente Ley reguladora de bases de régimen local y 100 y siguientes de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, de régimen local de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 2.- &lt;/strong&gt;Servicios.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Información juvenil: centro y puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Espacios juveniles con una oferta de programación propia y variada de actividades: talleres, cursos, conciertos, espectáculos, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dotación de espacios destinados a un uso concreto y específico cultural, musical y deportivo por parte de los jóvenes y de las entidades y grupos juveniles: locales de ensayo, skateparc y parque de calistenia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Locales de ensayo para grupos de música.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Skateparc para la práctica del deporte de skateboarding, roller, BMX y scooter freestyle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Parque de calistenia para hacer ejercicios físicos utilizando el propio peso corporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 3.-&lt;/strong&gt; Ámbito d‘aplicación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El presente Reglamento contendrá las normas de funcionamiento por las cuales se tienen que regir las instalaciones juveniles dependientes de la Concejalía de Juventud del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí, que dan cobertura a toda la población juvenil de la localidad: centro y puntos de Información juvenil, espacios jóvenes, locales de ensayo, skateparcs y parques de calistenia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los espacios jóvenes tienen una equipación estable y una estructura flexible y multifuncional para cumplir una serie de objetivos y servicios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTULO II&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Funcionamiento de las instalaciones &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 4.-&lt;/strong&gt; Objetivos de las instalaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Proporcionar a la juventud unas infraestructuras y unos medios necesarios para crecer, desarrollarse y poner en práctica los valores de solidaridad, sentimiento de pertenencia, respeto y responsabilidad, en un ambiente democrático y de cooperación entre la propia juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Fomentar entre la población juvenil un uso saludable y creativo del tiempo de ocio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Incrementar la participación activa de las personas jóvenes del municipio con el objetivo de mejorar su calidad de vida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Favorecer hábitos de participación juvenil, en base al consenso y al diálogo, impulsando el desarrollo de proyectos y la incorporación de la juventud al ámbito de las responsabilidades individuales, sociales y comunitarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Ofrecer información, orientación y asesoramiento en las materias de interés por las personas jóvenes, como estudios y formación, trabajo, vivienda, asociacionismo...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Favorecer la participación juvenil a través del apoyo y fomento del tejido asociativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 5.- &lt;/strong&gt;Organización &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.1 Las instalaciones juveniles están diseñadas para el uso y disfrute de las personas jóvenes de Marratxí, siempre en un ámbito de respeto mutuo y de atención permanente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.2 Dependen orgánicamente del área de Juventud del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí, que será responsable de la gestión de cada instalación, y que podrá ejecutarla directa o indirectamente mediante una empresa o entidad gestora. El equipo técnico de la concejalía de Juventud está al servicio de toda la población juvenil del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.3 Actualmente la concejalía de Juventud cuenta con las siguientes instalaciones: Centro de información juvenil y Espacios Jóvenes ( Pont de Inca, Pòrtol y Pla de na Tesa) y locales de ensayo musicales. También dispone de salas para cesión de espacio a las asociaciones, las cuales están ubicadas en el Espacio Joven de Pòrtol, Espacio Joven de Pla de na Tesa y Espacio Joven de Pont de Inca ( Edificio Escuela Vieja). Hay dos skateparc, uno ubicado en sa Cabana y el otro en San Marçal. El parque de calistenia está ubicado en el parque de la Mediterrànea (Nova Cabana).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Centro y Puntos de Información Juvenil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Son servicios destinados a la población juvenil en general. Su función principal es propiciar la información, ya sea de manera presencial, telefónica o por correo electrónico sobre temas de su interés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La concejalía de Juventud podrá determinar medios y canales de información eficaces que aprovechen al máximo el uso de nuevas tecnologías para facilitar esta comunicación a todo el colectivo juvenil del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Centro de Información y los Puntos de información funcionan de forma bidireccional, ofreciendo información proveniente de los ámbitos internacionales, nacionales, insulares y municipales; así como respondiendo a los requerimientos de cada persona usuaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Espacios Jóvenes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Son equipaciones destinadas a&amp;nbsp; la población juvenil con el fin de fomentar el encuentro, la información, la comunicación y la producción cultural y social de los jóvenes, favoreciendo un uso saludable del tiempo de ocio, su formación integral y la promoción del asociacionismo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se destinarán a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Talleres y actividades creativas que sean susceptibles de ser hechas en este espacio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Punto de encuentro de asociaciones y grupos juveniles no formales que no tengan lugar donde reunirse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Otros usos y actividades autorizados por el Área de Juventud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El uso del espacio implica su mantenimiento y limpieza después de cada sesión de trabajo, independentemente del taller y monitor/a que esté a cargo. El espacio tendrá que quedar aseado y limpio, tal y como se recibe antes de su uso. Las personas participantes ayudarán a su perfecta conservación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Locales de ensayo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Destinados a grupos de música constituidos como tal, sus miembros o solistas que necesiten un espacio para hacer ensayos. Esta sala está equipada con material básico,&amp;nbsp; y entonces, cada cual puede llevar el instrumento que necesite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Parque de Skate&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Parque o zona destinada a la práctica de deportes como skateboarding, roller, BMX y scooter freestyle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Parque de calistenia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Juegos de exterior fijos para hacer ejercicios físicos utilizando el propio peso corporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 6.- &lt;/strong&gt;Las personas usuarias &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.1 Las instalaciones municipales del área de Juventud se dirigen a la población juvenil del municipio. Se eniende como población joven, las edades comprendidas entre los 12 y los 35 años, ambas incluidas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.2 En el caso de las personas menores de edad se requerirá la autorización de padres, madres y tutores/as.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 7.-&lt;/strong&gt; Horario&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El horario de atención al público de las instalaciones juveniles será el que determine la concejalía de Juventud, el cual se establecerá en función de las actividades y servicios de cada una de las instalaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTULO III&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Normas generales de uso &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 8.- &lt;/strong&gt;Responsabilidad de los usuarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El objetivo básico es conseguir que las personas usuarias se impliquen en el funcionamiento de la equipación, cuiden de su estado de conservación y lo vivan como un espacio que les pertenece. Como estructura comunitaria y pública al servicio de la Juventud de Marratxí, la Concejalía de Juventud del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí prevé una serie de obligaciones con las cuales se busca mantener un clima de sana convivencia y uso adecuado de las instalaciones, así como el disfrute de todo cuánto contemple su programación de actividades y acciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estas obligaciones son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A.) Cuidar y hacer uso correcto de las instalaciones y el material. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;B.) Tratar de manera respetuosa a todos y todas los y las usuarios /as y al personal encargado de la instalación y en toda actividad que se genere interna o externamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;C.) Cumplir con los turnos que correspondan de uso de instalaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D.) Cuidar de sus utensilios personales (juegos, mochila, ropa, etc.), puesto que la Concejalía de Juventud de Marratxí no se hace responsable de su pérdida, extravío, sustracción o deterioro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;E.) Avisar al equipo de la instalación sobre cualquier desperfecto o daño observado en un equipo, juego o zona. En caso de no hacer la debida notificación, la última persona usuaria será responsable de los daños que se presenten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 9.- &lt;/strong&gt;Derechos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A.) Disponer de la equipación, servicios e instalaciones en general, propios de la Concejalía de Juventud, en los horarios y condiciones establecidas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;B.) Recibir un trato digno y respetuoso, tanto por parte del resto de usuarios, como de los responsables de las equipaciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;C.) Participar en las actividades y proyectos de la Concejalía de Juventud, dentro de la capacidad de ésta, siempre que se cumplan las condiciones reglamentarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D.) Acceder a la información en todas y cada una de sus formas y modalidades, a través de los medios de que disponen el Centro de Información Juvenil y los Puntos d‘Información Juvenil. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;E.) Proponer ideas, proyectos y actividades que vayan en beneficio del colectivo juvenil, como una vía permanente de escucha y desarrollo de los jóvenes dentro del ámbito municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 10.- &lt;/strong&gt;Prohibiciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A efectos de un normal funcionamiento de la Concejalía de Juventud, sin perjuicio de ninguno de sus usuarios y usuarias, y con la intención de evitar cualquier daño a las instalaciones, se han previsto ciertas prohibiciones en la utilización y uso de éstas, siempre en busca del bien común y del correcto mantenimiento de todas las equipaciones juveniles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con la disposición anterior queda prohibido: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A. Ingerir bebidas alcohólicas o consumir sustancias estupefacientes en cualquiera de las instalaciones y actividades, independientemente de la participación especial de adultos en torno a festividades particulares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;B. Consumir alimentos y bebidas de cualquier tipo fuera de las zonas señalizadas para tal efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;C. Pintar en paredes o colocar carteles y/o dibujos que inciten a la violencia, el racismo, el rechazo en todas sus modalidades o los actos sexuales que vayan en contra de las buenas costumbres y de la buena imagen o de la no promoción de la educación en valores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D. Ver páginas en Internet o películas de contenido pornográfico, xenófobo, violento, racista o que inviten a la omisión o ruptura de los valores sociales. El incumplimiento de estas normas implicará medidas de promoción de talleres educativos: afectivo – sexual, prevención de la conducta violenta, entre otras de promoción de educación en valores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;E. Utilizar materiales que sean susceptibles de autorización sin haberlo notificado a los/as responsables de la equipación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;F. Ensuciar las instalaciones de manera intencionada, donde se evidencie el descuido pronunciado o un acto con alevosía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;G. Acceder a las instalaciones por ventanas, balcones, por las verjas o cualquier acceso que no sea destinado para tal fin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTULO IV&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Medidas disciplinarias y sanciones &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 11.-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt; Calificación de las faltas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Faltas Leves. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Se considerarán faltas leves:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Incumplir las normas reguladoras de la utilización de las instalaciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Promover o participar en discusiones alteradas o violentas de manera pública, en perjuicio de la convivencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Faltar a la consideración debida a los empleados municipales, resto de personal, usuarios, visitantes o cualquier persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Se considerarán faltas graves:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) La reincidencia en las faltas leves. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Faltar gravemente a la consideración debida a los empleados municipales, resto de personal, usuarios, visitantes o cualquier persona. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Sustraer bienes municipales o del resto de personal, usuarios, visitantes o cualquier persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Ocasionar daños leves en los bienes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Se considerarán faltas muy graves:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) La reincidencia en las faltas graves. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) La agresión física o los malostratos graves hacia los empleados municipales, resto de personal, usuarios, visitantes o cualquier persona. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Ocasionar daños graves en los bienes o perjuicios con las conductas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Alteración grave de la convivencia en el centro. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Falsear u ocultar datos relevantes para la determinación de actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 12.- &lt;/strong&gt;Sujetos responsables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Serán sujetos responsables las personas que incurran en alguna de las infracciones contenidas en el artículo anterior. El carácter disciplinario de las mismas no exonerará de las posibles responsabilidades civiles o penales. Cuando las persones autoras de las infracciones sean menores de edad responderán de los incumplimientos los padres y madres, los tutores o las tutoras o los/las que tengan la guarda legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 13.- &lt;/strong&gt;Procedimiento sancionador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El procedimiento sancionador de las faltas tipificadas se ajustará a lo que se dispone en la Ley de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y Procedimiento Administrativo Común y en la normativa que regule la materia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Cuando se trate de hechos que pudieran ser constitutivos de delitos o faltas tipificadas en el Código Penal, se suspenderá la tramitación hasta que recaiga la correspondiente resolución judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 14. &lt;/strong&gt;Sanciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las sanciones que pueden imponerse a los autores que incurran en alguna de las faltas mencionadas anteriormente serán las siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Faltas leves: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Amonestación escrita. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Prohibición de entrada a la equipación de hasta 14 días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Faltas graves: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Prohibición de entrada a la equipación por un periodo de 15 días a 3 meses. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Faltas muy graves: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Prohibición de entrada a la equipación por un periodo de 3 meses y un día a 1 año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 15.- &lt;/strong&gt;Consejo asesor disciplinario&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Está compuesto por el Regidor o Regidora de Juventud en calidad de presidente/a; el director o directora de la Concejalía en calidad de vocal y un secretario, nombrado por el/la Regidor/a de Juventud que actuará con voz pero sin voto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Su función es la de asesorar al órgano competente de imponer y regular todas las sanciones disciplinarias, tanto las establecidas en este reglamento como aquellas que pudieran surgir en un futuro. Con el fin de instruir el expediente sancionador se nombrará un/a funcionario/aria del área de Juventud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 16.- &lt;/strong&gt;Resarcimiento de daños &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Con independencia de la imposición, si se tercia, de la sanción que corresponda, quien deteriore o malogre, de forma voluntaria o no, el material o las instalaciones de las equipaciones juveniles, estará obligado a pagar el importe de la sustitución o reparación del elemento deteriorado o malogrado. A estos efectos el responsable será requerido por el Ayuntamiento, que podrá hacer efectivo el resarcimiento por vía de apremio. Previo informe favorable del área de Juventud, la persona responsable de los daños podrá ser autorizada a sustituir el pago mencionado por la ejecución directa de los trabajos de resarcimiento siempre que sea viable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTULO V&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Normas de cesión de uso a las asociaciones juveniles &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Articulo 17. –&lt;/strong&gt; Solicitantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las salas de los Espacios Jóvenes podrán ser cedidas a las asociaciones juveniles del municipio para actividades puntuales o actividades de tipo periódico, teniendo siempre en cuenta que los diferentes horarios y actividades propias de los Espacios serán prioritarios, siguiendo el procedimiento de solicitud que se establece en este reglamento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 18. – &lt;/strong&gt;Procedimiento para la solicitud de utilización de las salas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;18.1 Todas las solicitudes se tienen que presentar vía telemática a través de la Sede electrónica de la Corporación, con una antelación mínima de 15 días al inicio de la actividad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;18.2 Las solicitudes se tienen que presentar con el modelo correspondiente en el Registro Municipal (Anexo 1) y tienen que ir dirigidas al Área de Juventud del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí. En caso de información incompleta, el Ayuntamiento puede pedir la información complementaria necesaria para el desarrollo de la actividad para la cual se solicita el uso de la equipación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;18.3 Con la solicitud se tendrá que aportar Certificado de Delitos de Naturaleza Sexual. De acuerdo con la Ley Orgánica 1/1996, de Protección Jurídica del Menor, modificada por la Ley 45/2015, de voluntariado se establece la obligación de presentar certificados negativos del Registro Central de Delincuentes Sexuales para todos los profesionales y voluntarios que trabajan en contacto habitual con menores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;18.4 El modelo de solicitud para tal efecto estará a disposición a las Oficinas de Atención al Ciudadano (OACs), en la página web del Ayuntamiento y a otros espacios de información a la ciudadanía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;18.5 El Ayuntamiento autorizará por escrito la utilización de las salas o denegará motivadamente la petición teniendo en cuenta los antecedentes de utilización de la entidad o persona física solicitante. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;18.6 La autorización municipal contendrá literalmente las condiciones, la temporalidad y la finalidad de la cesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 19. –&lt;/strong&gt; Criterios para la cesión de uso &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;19.1 El Ayuntamiento, mediante resolución del órgano competente, autorizará la cesión de salas a entidades para la realización de actividades dirigidas a la población joven que promuevan valores y actitudes de acuerdo con los objetivos definidos en el artículo 4. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;19.2 Son consideradas actividades No Aptas aquellas actividades de tipo político, de orden comercial que no aporten contenidos culturales en dimensión suficiente, actividades de tipo lúdico de iniciativa individual o colectiva que persiguen la estricta satisfacción en un contexto festivo de necesidades familiares, de grupos de amigos, etc, y actividades con contenido antidemocrático, incívico, discriminatorio, sectario, xenófobo, homófobo o religioso. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;19.3 El Ayuntamiento, por razones de interés público, podrá denegar, modificar o dejar sin efecto, mediante resolución exprés y motivada, la autorización de uso de las salas. En caso de modificación o anulación de autorizaciones de uso, será preceptiva la audiencia previa de los interesados. La denegación, modificación o anulación de la autorización no supondrá, en ningún caso, el derecho de los interesados a ser indemnizados, sin perjuicio del eventual recurso que estimen conveniente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;19.4 En el caso de que haya más de una petición para una sala determinada en una misma fecha/hora, la tramitación de estas solicitudes se hará por estricto orden cronológico. Si bien se priorizan las actividades que tengan una mayor repercusión en el municipio. También se tendran en cuenta aquellas actividades que tengan continuidad y las actividades de interés general abiertas a la población joven en general. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;19.5 Las autorizaciones se otorgarán para actividades puntuales y también para actividades permanentes (para un máximo de un año de duración). Pasado este plazo, se tendrá que renovar la solicitud. Las autorizaciones de una sala o salas no crearán ningún derecho, precedente, ventaja o reserva para años o usos posteriores a su finalización, si se da el caso de presentarse más peticiones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;19.6 En las solicitudes para actuaciones puntuales hay que hacer constar una breve descripción de la actividad. En aquellas que impliquen una utilización anual se tiene que presentar un programa de actividades con la especificación de los objetivos, el horario, las salas que se solicitan, el público destinatario y, en su caso, si es gratuita o la cuota de inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;19.7 Las asociaciones juveniles que no estén inscritas en el Registro Municipal de Entidades del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí, pero sí en otros registros oficiales, que quieran hacer uso de una sala tendrán que ajustarse a este marco normativo y será el Área de Juventud la que cederá un espacio, siempre y cuando no haya una asociación inscrita en el Registro Municipal de Marratxí que haga uso permanente o haya solicitado el mismo espacio en el mismo día y hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;19.8 La autorización se extingue cuando se acabe la duración para la cual estaba autorizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 20. – &lt;/strong&gt;Obligaciones de los solicitantes y condiciones de uso &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;20.1 Las entidades autorizadas para hacer uso de las salas son responsables de cualquier desperfecto o perjuicio que el desarrollo de la actividad autorizada pueda ocasionar en los bines e intereses municipales y/o colectivos, además de responder, en los términos legalmente establecidos, de los daños a terceros y bienes ajenos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;20.2 El Ayuntamiento dispondrá de todas las llaves de las instalaciones juveniles bajo la custodia y responsabilidad del Área de Juventud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;20.3 Las asociaciones que están autorizadas para hacer actividades permanentes también disponen de las llaves de los espacios que han sido autorizadas a hacer uso, así como de las puertas de entrada y barreras exteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;20.4 Las entidades recibirán una copia de las llaves, la cual se entregará a una persona responsable. Cualquier necesidad de hacer más copias se tiene que comunicar al área de Juventud, que tiene que registrar los datos de las personas que harán uso y la finalidad de estas copias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;20.5 La no observación del requisito anterior puede ser objeto de denegación de futuras solicitudes de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;20.6 En las salas con autorización de uso permanente no se pueden almacenar objetos molestos, nocivos, peligrosos o insalubres o materias susceptibles de producir cualquier tipo de combustión o explosión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;20.7 Ninguna entidad usuaria puede hacer en los espacios de uso exclusivo o en los de uso común, ni en los servicios amuebles afectados, y en general en todo el inmueble, ningún tipo de obra o actuación que implique modificaciones de su configuración, estructura o instalaciones, salvo que tenga la autorización expresa del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;20.8 El Ayuntamiento se compromete a mantener las instalaciones, los materiales y las infraestructuras necesarias en buenas condiciones de uso. A tal efecto se dota de un programa para mantenerlos y conservarlos, y se destinan los recursos económicos necesarios para garantizar el desarrollo de las actividades y el funcionamiento de las entidades en buenas condiciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;20.9 Cualquier asociación que haga uso de estas instalaciones tiene que respetar unas normas de convivencia mínimas hacia el resto de usuarios y usuarias de la instalación. El Ayuntamiento, a través de su personal municipal, tiene que velar por su cumplimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;20.10 El/la responsable técnico/a municipal de la equipación tiene que velar para que se respeten o se mantengan en perfecto estado todas las instalaciones y se sigan todas las indicaciones. En el supuesto de que se produzca algún desperfecto en las instalaciones o que se deteriore algún recurso por mal uso o negligencia, los gastos de reparación o de reposición van a cargo de la asociación o entidad usuaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;20.11 El Ayuntamiento se reserva el derecho de interrumpir la cesión de espacios de manera puntual en los siguientes casos: por actividades especiales del Área de Juventud, por obras y tareas de reparación o por causas de fuerza mayor. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;20.12 El Ayuntamiento podrá decretar el cese definitivo de la cesión de espacios en los siguientes supuestos: por incumplimiento reiterado de las normas de uso contempladas en este reglamento; por utilización inadecuada con fines ilícitos, y si la actividad desarrollada no se corresponde con la solicitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Normas de cesión de uso a entidades o asociaciones no juveniles &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 21- &lt;/strong&gt;Solicitantes y procedimiento de solicitud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las entidades o asociaciones no juveniles (asociaciones de vecinos, culturales, etc) que quieran hacer uso de las instalaciones del área de Juventud tendrán que hacer la petición a través del área municipal de la cual dependen. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El área correspondiente hará llegar al Área de Juventud la petición de cesión de uso indicando qué actividad se quiere hacer, el horario previsto y la duración en el tiempo. El Área de Juventud responderá a la petición en función de la disponibilidad de las salas solicitadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 22- Deberes de los solicitantes y condiciones de uso &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La cesión de uso a las entidades o asociaciones no juveniles estará sujeta al cumplimiento de las normas y los deberes establecidos en el artículo 20.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTULO VI&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Locales de ensayo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 23.-&lt;/strong&gt; Finalidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Marratxí reconoce la presencia de un capital musical local como fuente de enriquecimiento cultural y elemento dinamizador del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En este sentido, es voluntad del Área de Juventud del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí fomentar la promoción y la difusión de los músicos jóvenes del municipio. Uno de los aspectos fundamentales de esta política de apoyo a los grupos es ofrecerles un espacio para ensayar, para facilitar la creatividad y la producción de los músicos jóvenes locales. De este modo se pretende consolidar la música local como una manifestación cultural más del territorio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 24.-&lt;/strong&gt; Condiciones de funcionamiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los locales de ensayo estarán adecuados para la práctica de los ensayos y podrán disponer de instrumentos musicales, micrófonos, amplificadores y similares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La definición de los locales a destinar y sus características concretas se harán por el Área de Juventud, la cual dispondrá de listado actualizado a tal efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 25.-&lt;/strong&gt; Destinatarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el caso de músicos individuales tienen que tener entre 14 y 35 años y estar empadronados en el municipio de Marratxí. En el caso de menores de edad la solicitud de uso de local de ensayo tendrá que ir acompañada por la autorización del padre/madre o tutor legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el caso de grupos musicales, la mitad de los componentes tendrán que estar empadronados en el municipio de Marratxí y tener entre 14 y 35 años. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los grupos musicales o los músicos individuales no serán profesionales de la música. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 26.- &lt;/strong&gt;Horarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las salas de ensayo estarán abiertas todos los días del año, excepto que por algún motivo extraordinario la equipación se tenga que cerrar o destinar a otro uso. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cada grupo dispone de un día a la semana durante un máximo de 3 horas semanales. Solo se podrán utilizar las salas en los horarios adjudicados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El horario y cuadrante de funcionamiento será fijado por el Área de Juventud. Los grupos podrán solicitar los horarios en función de este cuadrante (un cuadrante por semana, que corresponde a las 3 horas posibles de utilización del local).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El horario establecido se tendrá que respetar, ajustándolo en las franjas horarias reservadas para cada usuario, y extremando la puntualidad en la hora de finalizar el ensayo. El horario establecido por el ensayo incluye el tiempo de montaje y desmontaje de los instrumentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 27.- &lt;/strong&gt;Procedimiento de solicitud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El modelo de solicitud estará disponible en el Área de Juventud del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí (ANEXO 3). El modelo de solicitud tiene que estar firmado por todos los miembros del grupo y se tiene que adjuntar la fotocopia del DNI de cada uno de los componentes. En los casos de menores de edad tienen que presentar autorización paterna de cada uno de los menores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El hecho de presentar la solicitud supone el conocimiento y la aceptación de la normativa de uso y funcionamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cualquier alta o baja de los componentes del grupo tendrá que ser comunicada al Área de Juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes se presentarán dentro de los plazos que fije el Área de Juventud para cada convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez recibida la solicitud, el Área de Juventud estudiará la disponibilidad de espacio, y se indicará horario disponible adjudicado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de que haya diferentes solicitudes para el mismo espacio se dará preferencia a los grupos con más miembros del municipio, en segundo lugar, al grupo de media de edad más joven, en tercer lugar, por antigüedad en la adjudicación del local y en caso de empate se hará por sorteo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;EL Área de Juventud, podrá concretar estos criterios, otorgando puntuación a los mismos y elevando a Decreto de Alcaldía el desarrollo de este apartado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los grupos tendrán que presentar el resguardo del ingreso bancario en la forma que el Área de Juventud determine.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 28.-&lt;/strong&gt; Precios públicos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los precios públicos para la utilización de los locales son los establecidos en la Ordenanza fiscal reguladora (estas cuotas se destinarán al mantenimiento y mejora de los locales). Estas cuotas se calcularán en función de la media de edad de los miembros del grupo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Media de edad menores de 20 años - 30 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mediana de edad entre 20 y 25 años - 45 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mediana de edad mayores de 25 años - 60 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El grupo musical que el día 5 de cada mes no haya satisfecho el importe municipal mediante el correspondiente ingreso bancario, será dado de baja en el mes en curso, perderá sus derechos de utilización y estos pasarán al grupo de reserva que el Ayuntamiento de Marratxí determine.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 29.- &lt;/strong&gt;Normas de utilización del servicio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El periodo temporal de utilización al cual se pueden inscribir como máximo los grupos es de seis meses. En caso de que un grupo tenga la voluntad de dejar de utilizar el espacio antes del tiempo indicado lo comunicará al Área de Juventud con una antelación mínima de una semana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los meses de junio y noviembre el personal del Ayuntamiento hará una revisión de los locales adjudicados a los grupos, junto con los grupos que han quedado en reserva, para determinar la continuación o la baja de algún grupo, siempre que de las reservas haya grupos que tengan preferencia para que cuenten con más puntos (más miembros de Marratxí, edad más joven...). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;29.1 Seguridad, conservación e higiene&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;29.1.1 Acceso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es responsabilidad de los usuarios el control en el acceso al espacio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La utilización de las salas queda restringida a los componentes de los grupos. Sin embargo, los grupos pueden invitar a asistir a los ensayos a un máximo de 3 personas invitadas, siempre que puedan caber dentro del local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La finalidad del local es el ensayo musical, por lo cual no se podrá utilizar por otras actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;29.1.2 Llaves&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cada grupo dispondrá de una llave para entrar en el local. Esta llave solo les permitirá la entrada en el horario adjudicado. Esta llave se dará a la persona responsable del grupo, que se comprometerá a no hacer copias sin la autorización del área de juventud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;29.1.3 Utilización y conservación de los locales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los grupos son responsables de mantener el local y el material en perfecto estado, respetando todos los bienes, instalaciones y materiales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No está permitido intercambiar material de un local al otro. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de que la batería se desmonte para el ensayo, se tendrá que dejar montada para el siguiente grupo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No está permitido guardar ningún tipo de material dentro de los locales. Cada grupo se responsabiliza de su material. En caso de pérdida o sustracción del material de ensayo, el Ayuntamiento no se compromete a pagar ningún tipo de indemnización. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de detectar algún desperfecto de material de los locales, o que un grupo se dé cuenta de la pérdida o robo de un material tendrá que avisar inmediatamente al Ayuntamiento. En caso contrario, será facturado al grupo que haya utilizado el servicio antes de detectar el desperfecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se respetará el horario establecido y se tendrá atención especialmente a la puntualidad a la hora de iniciar y finalizar el ensayo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;29.1.4 Limpieza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los grupos serán responsables de mantener el local en perfecto estado de conservación y limpieza, no se podrá introducir mobiliario ni ningún elemento decorativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los desperfectos causados en el espacio, mobiliario u otros elementos serán reparados por los solicitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;29.1.5 Prohibición de fumar, beber y/o comer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Queda prohibido el consumo de cualquier tipo de estupefacientes, fumar e introducir bebidas alcohólicas y alimentos dentro de los locales de ensayo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se prohibirá la entrada de las personas que presenten signos de estar bajo los efectos del alcohol u otras drogas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cualquier incidente se tiene que comunicar vía teléfono o email al equipo técnico del Área de Juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 30.- &lt;/strong&gt;Control y seguimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Todos los grupos musicales están obligados a reunirse trimestralmente con la comisión de seguimiento del Ayuntamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Comisión de usuarios. Esta comisión estará formada por los usuarios de los grupos que así lo deseen. Sus funciones son de control y gestión de los locales de ensayo con el acompañamiento y supervisión del equipo gestor del Área de Juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El presente reglamento es de obligado cumplimiento por todos los usuarios de los locales de ensayo. En caso de incumplimiento o infracción de los preceptos establecidos en este reglamento, a reserva de otras medidas pertinentes, se podrá prohibir la utilización de la equipación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CAPÍTULO VII&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NORMATIVA DE USO Y UTILIZACIÓN DE LOS SKATE-PARCS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 31.-&lt;/strong&gt; Suspensión de la cesión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El incumplimiento de alguna de las normas supondrá la suspensión de la cesión. En caso de desperfectos abonarán los daños causados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La duración de la suspensión dependerá de la gravedad de la norma incumplida o de la reiteración en el incumplimiento de normas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La no utilización continuada por periodos superiores en un mes del espacio solicitado en los horarios establecidos sin causa justificada conlleva la pérdida de la cesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los casos no previstos en esta normativa serán estudiados de manera particular por el equipo técnico del Área de Juventud, que se reserva el derecho de establecer normas complementarias adicionales si fuera oportuno y siempre que sea por la consecución de los objetivos municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El órgano competente para adoptar la suspensión de la cesión será el/la Alcalde/esa a propuesta razonada del Regidor/a de Juventud y previa audiencia al interesado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 31.-&lt;/strong&gt; Normativa general&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Prohibida la entrada de objetos de vidrio o comer en el skate-parc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Prohibido fumar en todo el recinto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Prohibida la entrada de animales (excepto perros guía).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Música con un volumen moderado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es de obligado cumplimiento la normativa general de acceso a Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 32.-&lt;/strong&gt; Sobre el uso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Será obligatorio el uso del casco en todo el skate-parc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se recomienda el uso de protecciones en rodillas, codos y muñecas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Queda totalmente prohibida la utilización de cera o cualquier otro elemento vertiéndolo directamente sobre el tubo metálico (coping).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se tiene que utilizar un vestuario deportivo adecuado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas que no estén patinando tendrán que estar fuera de la zona delimitada por la valla perimetral. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se puede compartir la instalación por más de un grupo y modalidad, y se tendrá que respetar a todas las personas usuarias que hagan uso de la instalación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de condiciones atmosféricas adversas, el usuario es el único responsable de valorar el estado y dificultad del skate-parc. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de lluvia no se podrá utilizar la instalación, para evitar riesgos y caídas. A pesar de que no llueva, si la pista está bañada tampoco podrá ser utilizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El aforo de la pista es de 30 personas usuarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 33.-&lt;/strong&gt; Sobre las edades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los menores de 6 años no podrán hacer uso de la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los menores de 12 años tienen que estar acompañados por un adulto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estas instalaciones solo pueden ser empleadas por mayores de 14 años (Norma EN 16630-2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Se tiene que mantener limpia la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Está prohibido introducir cualquier objeto que no sea utilizado para entrenamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No se puede emplear si hay condiciones meteorológicas adversas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 37.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Concejalía de Juventud del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí, respetará en todo momento la confidencialidad de los datos personales que solicite mediante formularios, en conformidad con la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, sobre Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los datos nunca serán cedidos, vendidos o traspasados a terceros y serán tratados con el grado de protección adecuado, tomándose las medidas de seguridad legalmente necesarias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Concejalía de Juventud del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí podrá utilizar los datos suministrados por los usuarios para el mantenimiento de la relación establecida, así como para el envío por medios tradicionales o electrónicos de información actualizada sobre los servicios prestados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En todo caso, la cumplimentación parcial o total de los datos que solicitamos es voluntaria. Sus datos de carácter personal quedarán incorporados a un fichero informatizado, siendo el responsable del fichero y de su tratamiento la Concejalía de Juventud de este Ayuntamiento. Queda igualmente informado de la posibilidad de ejercitar los derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición sobre sus datos personales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Concejalía de Juventud no se hace responsable de un posible error u omisión en las páginas alojadas en la web de Juventud, correos, enlaces... considerándose disposiciones normativas con validez oficial únicamente aquellas publicadas en las ediciones impresas de los correspondientes diarios y boletines oficiales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Concejalía de Juventud del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí no se hace responsable en ningún caso de cualquier perjuicio que se pudiera causar a un tercero por los usuarios de las web facilitadas desde la Concejalía de Juventud, a consecuencia del uso ilegal o inadecuado de éste, ni a consecuencia de los contenidos e informaciones accesibles o facilitadas a través de ella, ni de los lugares vinculados a ésta.
