2023-01-26 ![CDATA[Aprobación definitiva de modificación de la ordenanza reguladora del precio público por la prestación del servicio de las escuelas municipales]] 2023-01-26 text/html ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En sesión ordinaria de fecha 17 de noviembre de 2022 el Pleno del Ayuntamiento aprobó inicialmente la modificación de la Ordenanza reguladora del precio público por la prestación del servicio de las escoletes municipales.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Dicho acuerdo fue sometido al trámite de información pública (BOIB núm. 153 de fecha 24 de noviembre de 2022) y dado que no se presentaron reclamaciones, objeciones y observaciones en plazo se aprobó definitivamente y se publica íntegramente su texto en continuación:</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>ORDENANZA REGULADORA DEL PRECIO PÚBLICO POR LA PRESTACIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE LAS ESCOLETES MUNICIPALES</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Concepto</strong></span></span></p> <p><strong>ARTÍCULO 1</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">1. Con arreglo a lo previsto en el artículo 127 en relación con el artículo 41, ambos del RD 2/2004, de 5 marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, el Ayuntamiento establece el precio público por la prestación del servicio de las escoletes municipales.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Obligados al pago</strong></span></span></p> <p><strong>ARTÍCULO 2</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">1. Están obligados al pago del precio público regulado en la presente ordenanza las personas solicitantes de las prestaciones del servicio o, en su defecto, los padres y tutores de la niña o niño beneficiado.</span></p> <p><strong>Cuantía</strong></p> <p><strong>ARTÍCULO 3</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">1. La cuantía del precio público regulado en esta ordenanza será la establecida en las tarifas recogidas en el anexo de la ordenanza.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Normas de gestión</strong></span></span></p> <p><strong>ARTÍCULO 4</strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. El precio público se considerará devengado simultáneamente a la prestación del servicio y el contratista confeccionará por mensualidades vencidas los recibos, que serán entregados a la Tesorería del Ayuntamiento para que éste les pase al cobro.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">2. El pago del recibo mensual se realizará por el sistema de domiciliación a entidades de crédito y de ahorro que el Ayuntamiento designe como colaboradoras, de acuerdo con las siguientes condiciones:</span></p> <ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las personas obligadas al pago presentarán al encargado de la escoleta municipal, que a su vez presentará a la Tesorería municipal, los escritos de domiciliación según modelo oficial, donde especificarán sus datos de identificación personal, número de cuenta y establecimiento, y concepto que se desea domiciliar.</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las domiciliaciones de pago tendrán validez por tiempo indefinido, en tanto no sean anuladas por el interesado o rechazadas por el establecimiento donde deban presentarse los instrumentos de cobro.</span></span></li> </ol> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">3. Un retraso en el pago de más de dos mensualidades sin motivo que lo justifique significará la baja de la niña o niño en el centro. El Ayuntamiento debe comunicar con 15 días de antelación la baja por escrito.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">4. Para mantener la reserva de plaza a pesar de que la niña o niño no utilice el servicio durante un mes completo, éste se abonará íntegramente. El comienzo del abono de la cuota será a partir de la fecha de ingreso informada en el momento de realizar la preinscripción.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Bonificaciones</strong></span></span></p> <p><strong>ARTÍCULO 5</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">1. Se establece una bonificación en el conjunto de las tarifas para los niños y niñas que presenten algún tipo de minusvalía y según el porcentaje de minusvalía que se acredite previa presentación del certificado del órgano competente de la Comunidad Autónoma:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Porcentaje de minusvalía del 33% al 65%: 20% de descuento.</span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Porcentaje de minusvalía del 65% al ​​75%: 30% de descuento.</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Porcentaje de minusvalía del 75% o superior: 50% de descuento.</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.
