&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El objetivo de estas bases es regular el procedimiento en régimen de concurrencia competitiva para la concesión de ayudas a alumnos de estudios superiores de música (nivel máster incluido) con el fin de participar en la Temporada Sinfónica de las Illes Balears en 2022/2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Fundació Orquestra Simfònica de les Illes Balears, entidad que convoca dichas ayudas económicas, es una organización española, sin ánimo de lucro, de titularidad pública, de naturaleza institucional, con personificación privada, que tiene afectado de manera duradera su patrimonio en la realización de los fines de interés general detallados en sus Estatutos (BOIB núm. 202, de 1 de diciembre de 2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por tanto, con el fin de apoyar la formación musical, se convocan las becas "Acadèmia Simfònica" para participar en dos conciertos de la Temporada Simfònica 2022/2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estas ayudas económicas tienen la consideración de aportaciones a título gratuito en régimen de Derecho Privado, excluidas del ámbito de aplicación del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;PRIMERA. OBJETO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las becas tienen como principal objetivo acercar al alumnado de estudios superiores de música (nivel de máster incluido) en la práctica de su oficio dentro de una orquesta profesional, la Orquestra Simfònica de les Illes Balears, pudiendo alcanzar así una formación más completa y un perfeccionamiento técnico y artístico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Como resultado complementario, cabe destacar que, a la vez que se lleva a cabo la participación de los estudiantes en la Orquesta, se alcanza y se produce un encuentro de experiencias profesionales y un intercambio de conocimientos musicales entre los estudiantes, los músicos de la Orquesta y los artistas y/o directores invitados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;SEGUNDA. BENEFICIARIOS. REQUISITOS Y OBLIGACIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Podrá ser beneficiario de estas becas el alumnado de estudios superiores de música (nivel máster incluido) con ciudadanía de los Estados miembros de la Unión Europea, matriculado en cualquier centro público o privado para el curso académico 2022-2023, en la fecha de finalización de presentación de solicitudes. El instrumento objeto de estudio deberá corresponderse con cualquiera de los instrumentos presentes en la “Orquestra”: violín; viola; violonchelo; contrabajo; flauta y flautín; clarinete, clarinete bajo y requinto; trompa; trompeta/piccolo; trombón tenor; trombón bajo; timbales y percusión; arpa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La matrícula académica presentada para justificar el cumplimiento del requisito anterior debe corresponder al instrumento para el que se solicita la beca.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los estudiantes que participen en la “Acadèmia Simfònica” deben formar parte de la dinámica de trabajo de la Orquestra Simfònica de les Illes Balears durante los programas asignados: preparar su parte individualmente, asistir a los ensayos y el concierto de temporada correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;TERCERA. APLICACIONES: DOCUMENTACION Y CONDICIONES DE PRESENTACION.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes de becas deben dirigirse al Gerente de la Fundación y presentarse preferentemente por correo electrónico en el email:&amp;nbsp; academia@simfonicadebalears.com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También, podrán presentarse en el Registro de la Fundación (en horario de 9.00 h a 14.00 h, ubicado en la calle de Vicenç Juan i Rosselló, 22B, de Palma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes se fija hasta el día 20 de febrero de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La solicitud deberá cumplimentarse siguiendo el formulario normalizado que figura en el Anexo I. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Además de la solicitud, se tiene que presentar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Copia del documento que acredite la identidad de la persona solicitante (DNI por ambas caras, NIE, pasaporte, etc.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Currículum de los estudios musicales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Copia de la documentación acreditativa de la condición vigente de estudiante de estudios superiores de música o máster en el instrumento del cual se presenta solicitud de beca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Video interpretando, de manera individual, una parte del repertorio o una composición del instrumento del que se presenta solicitud de beca (máximo 4 minutos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La presentación del vídeo se tendrá que presentar en formato Standar MP4, AVI, MOV, MPEG o similar, enviado por correo electrónico (o a través de la nube si por el tamaño del video es necesario, con herramientas como WeTransfer o similares); o dentro de un USB o un CD, si la solicitud se registra presencialmente en el Registro de la Fundación. Estos dispositivos de almacenamiento serán devueltos a los interesados, después de expresa petición, una vez finalizada la “Acadèmia Simfònica”. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Una vez transcurrido el plazo para presentar las solicitudes, la Fundación requerirá al interesado que presente la documentación incorrectamente, con el fin de realizar las subsanaciones correspondientes en un plazo máximo de 3 días hábiles. En caso de no corregir, o modificar fuera de plazo, se les entenderá por &lt;/span&gt;excluidos del procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTA. COMISIÓN DE VALORACIÓN.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes serán evaluadas por una comisión de valoración que tendrá la siguiente composición:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Presidente: El director titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vocal: El concertino y los solistas de cada sección (solista de violín II, solista de viola, solista de violonchelo, solista de contrabajo, solista de flauta, solista de oboe, solista de clarinete, solista de fagot, solista de trompa, solista de trompeta, solista de trombón, solista de tuba, solista de percusión).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Secretario: El jefe de administración, sin voto, que actuará ante la Comisión únicamente desempeñando las funciones de Secretario de actas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comisión deberá actuar en presencia del presidente, el secretario y, al menos con la mayoría de sus miembros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comisión deberá emitir un informe-propuesta en el que se detallen los resultados de las evaluaciones efectuadas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El gerente de la Fundació será el órgano competente para resolver el resultado de la convocatoria de concesión de las becas, según el informe-propuesta de la Comisión. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Resolución del procedimiento se notificará a los interesados y se publicará en la página web de la Fundación (https://simfonicadebalears.com) y en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTA. IMPORTE Y PAGO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El importe máximo reservado del Capítulo IV de Ingresos de la FOSIB para esta convocatoria de becas “Academia Sinfónica” es de 16.000 euros, que se financiará con cargo al presupuesto de la Fundación del ejercicio 2023. Por lo tanto, se podrán conceder ayudas hasta un máximo global de este importe dentro de esta convocatoria según la valoración-propuesta efectuada por la Comisión. Finalizados los programas, el remanente revertirá de nuevo en el presupuesto del Capítulo IV de Ingresos de la FOSIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La beca consiste en una ayuda económica destinada a compensar los gastos en material relacionado con los estudios (matrículas, material para el instrumento, partituras, cursos, etc.), en las cuantías que se relacionan a continuación: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Beca programa 1: 300 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Beca programa 2: 300 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los estudiantes que acrediten la matrícula en un centro situado fuera de la isla de Mallorca podrán recibir una compensación por los gastos de estancia, vuelos, trayectos y dietas, de hasta un máximo de 700 euros. Para que estas sean compensadas al estudiante por parte de la Fundación, tendrá que enviarse justificando de los gastos en que han incurrido a la dirección de correo electrónico: factures@simfonicadebalears.com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Todos los pagos, incluida la beca, se abonarán mediante transferencia bancaria a la cuenta corriente indicada a la solicitud. No se pagará como gasto la cual no esté justificada y enviada al correo indicado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Es de aplicación el que dispone la normativa de archivos y documentación. Los datos económicos se conservarán de acuerdo con aquello que prevé la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, general tributaria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
