    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La alcaldesa, Maria Antònia Mulet Vich, ha resuelto mediante Decreto de Batlia 2023-0033 de fecha 19 de enero, lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“Atendida la lista definitiva de aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo de Policía Local del Ayuntamiento de Algaida subscrita por el Presidente y Secretario del Tribunal Calificador en fecha 18 de enero de 2023 mediante la cual se eleva al órgano competente la relación de aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo por orden de puntuación porque lo apruebe y se propone el nombramiento como funcionario en prácticas del aspirante que ha obtenido la mayor puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En virtud de las competencias atribuidas por la vigente normativa de régimen local y de acuerdo con la base octava de la convocatoria que establece que la aprobación de la relación de aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo y que tienen que ser nombrados como personal funcionario en prácticas será publicada en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y a la página web del Ayuntamiento, por la presente,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;. Aprobar, a propuesta del Tribunal Calificador del proceso selectivo de Policía Local del Ayuntamiento de Algaida (convocatoria publicada en el BOIB núm. 57, de 30 de abril de 2022), la siguiente lista de aspirantes que han superado la fase de oposición:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.- &amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Publicar la presente resolución en la página web del Ayuntamiento y al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), de acuerdo con el que establece la base octava de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. - &amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Requerir al aspirante que ha obtenido la mayor puntuación para que presente la documentación que acredite el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la convocatoria en el plazo de 20 días hábiles, contadores desde la fecha de publicación de la presente resolución”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
