&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; n.º 79, de 18 de junio de 2022, se publicó la Resolución del presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos (IEB) de 13 de junio de 2022 por la que se convocan subvenciones para apoyar las actividades de estudios locales que se celebren en las Illes Balears durante el año 2022. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El 19 de diciembre de 2022, la Comisión Evaluadora revisó y valoró las 10 solicitudes presentadas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El 19 de diciembre de 2022, el instructor firmó la Propuesta de resolución en relación con la convocatoria mencionada, la cual se publicó el 20 de diciembre en el web del IEB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. No se ha presentado ninguna alegación a la&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Propuesta de resolución mencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La Resolución del presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos de 13 de junio de 2022 por la que se convocan subvenciones para apoyar las actividades de estudios locales que se celebren en las Illes Balears durante el año 2022 (BOIB n.º 79, de 18 de junio de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El artículo 10.1.&lt;em&gt;j)&lt;/em&gt; de los Estatutos del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos, aprobados por el Decreto 48/2018, de 21 de diciembre (BOIB n.º 160, de 22 de diciembre de 2018; corrección de errores: BOIB n.º 6, de 12 de enero de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La disposición adicional primera del Texto Refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre (BOIB n.º 196, de 31 de diciembre de 2005).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 1 de julio de 2009 por la cual se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura (BOIB n.º 100, de 11 de julio de 2009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprobar y conceder subvenciones por un importe total de 20.988,07 € a favor de los beneficiarios que se incluyen en el anexo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Autorizar y disponer el gasto indicado a cada uno de los beneficiarios a cargo de los presupuestos e importes detallados en el anexo&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;, con cargo al capítulo 4 del presupuesto de IEB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Publicar esta Resolución en &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, podrá interponerse un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos en el plazo de un mes contador desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunitat Autónoma de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
