&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. En el BOIB núm. 169, de 28 de diciembre de 2022, la Fundación Mallorca Turisme publica el anuncio para presentar propuestas que deriven en la firma de contratos privados de patrocinio de grandes eventos y otras actividades de interés turístico, de 23 de diciembre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. En la redacción del anuncio se menciona que las propuestas de patrocinio tienen que ser para grandes eventos y otras actividades de interés turístico, pero no especifica por error que uno de los requisitos necesarios que tiene que cumplir para ser considerado gran evento es que se tiene que tratar de un proyecto con un presupuesto igual o superior a 450.000 €. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Para clarificar qué se entiende por gran evento a la hora de presentar las ofertas a la Fundación es necesario modificar el texto del anuncio y añadir el requisito arriba mencionado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo ello, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se modifica el anuncio para presentar propuestas que deriven en la firma de contratos privados de patrocinio de grandes eventos y otras actividades de interés turístico, en el siguiente sentido,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Allí donde dice:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No serán objeto de este anuncio para presentar propuestas que deriven en la firma de contratos privados de patrocinio de grandes eventos y otras actividades de interés turístico:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Patrocinios de proyectos que incluyan las ferias y/o fiestas integradas en el calendario de ferias de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Patrocinios de clubs deportivos para &lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;el funcionamiento ordinario. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Patrocinios individuales a deportistas destacados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Patrocinios a agencias de publicidad, medios de publicidad o creativos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las solicitudes que no cumplan las condiciones establecidas en este anuncio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Programas, películas, series, obras, festivales y otros acontecimientos audiovisuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Incompatibilidad con subvenciones de la Fundación Mallorca Turisme.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Es incompatible obtener un patrocinio y una subvención para &lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;el mismo evento por parte de la Fundación Mallorca Turisme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Proyectos, actuaciones, celebraciones y eventos que se celebren desde el 1 de julio de 2023 (día no incluido) hasta el 15 de septiembre de 2023 (día no incluido).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los que reciban ayudas de marcas de tabaco, de bebidas alcohólicas de más 20º de graduación o de casas de apuestas o juego.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las propuestas se tienen que presentar en el Registro electrónico de la Fundación Mallorca Turisme https://fundaciomallorcaturisme.sedelectronica.es/, en el trámite solicitud de patrocinios de grandes eventos y otras actividades de interés turístico y tienen que estar dirigidas a la presidencia de la Fundación Mallorca Turisme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tiene que decir:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No son objeto de este anuncio para presentar propuestas que deriven en la firma de contratos privados de patrocinio de grandes eventos y otras actividades de interés turístico:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
