&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. La Resolución de la consejera de Obras Públicas, Vivienda y Transportes de 5 de abril de 2005 creó la Mesa del Transporte Aéreo como órgano de consulta, debate y asesoramiento en esta materia al Gobierno de las Illes Balears. Esta Resolución fue modificada por las resoluciones de 26 de octubre de 2015 y de 24 de diciembre de 2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. El 13 de diciembre de 2022 se emitió la memoria del director general de Transporte Marítimo y Aéreo, por la que se justifica la necesidad de modificar la composición de la Mesa dado que algunas entidades han mostrado su interés en formar parte de la misma. Asimismo, hay entidades que forman parte de la misma y que ya han cesado su actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. El artículo 19.2 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, por el que se determinan los requisitos formales para la creación de los órganos colegiados que realicen exclusivamente funciones consultivas internas o de asesoramiento y de consulta no preceptiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. El artículo 2.11 del Decreto 11/2021, de 15 de febrero, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, que atribuye a la Consejería de Movilidad y Vivienda (Dirección General de Transporte Marítimo y Aéreo) las competencias en materia de participación en la política de transporte aéreo y seguimiento de esta política.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Modificar el artículo 2 de la Resolución de la consejera de Obras Públicas, Vivienda y Transportes de 5 de abril de 2005, que quedará redactado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 2&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La Mesa estará integrada por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Presidente/a:&lt;/strong&gt; el consejero o consejera competente en materia de transporte aéreo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vicepresidente/a&lt;/strong&gt;: el director o directora general competente en materia de transporte aéreo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Vocales:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;—&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Una persona en representación de la consejería competente en materia de medio ambiente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;—&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Una persona en representación de la consejería competente en materia de economía.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;—&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Una persona en representación de la consejería competente en materia de consumo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;—&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Una persona en representación de cada uno de los consejos insulares de Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza y Formentera.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;—&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Una persona en representación de cada una de las cámaras de comercio de Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza y Formentera.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;—&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Una persona en representación de la entidad pública que gestiona la navegación aérea en las Illes Balears (ENAIRE).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;—&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Una persona en representación de la Asociación Española de Compañías Aéreas (AECA).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;—&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Una persona en representación de la Asociación de Líneas Aéreas (ALA).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;—&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Una persona en representación de la Asociación de Agencias de Viajes de Balears (AVIBA).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;—&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Una persona en representación de la Unión Sindical de Controladores Aéreos (USCA).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;—&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Una persona en representación de la Asociación Profesional de Controladores Aéreos (APROCTA).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;—&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Una persona en representación de la Asociación de Ingenieros Aeronáuticos de la delegación de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;—&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;El director o directora de cada aeropuerto insular.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;—&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Una persona en representación de CCOO.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;—&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Una persona en representación de UGT.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;—&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Una persona en representación de la CAEB.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;—&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Una persona en representación de la PYME Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;—&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Una persona en representación de CONSUBAL.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;—&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Una persona en representación del Ayuntamiento de Palma.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;—&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Una persona en representación del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;—&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Una persona en representación del Ayuntamiento de Maó.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;—&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Una persona en representación del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En caso de ausencia del presidente o presidenta, ejercerá sus funciones el vicepresidente o vicepresidenta.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Se podrán constituir otras comisiones técnicas en las materias que se requiera y se podrá disponer de la intervención y el apoyo de los técnicos asesores que se consideren adecuados.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El presidente o presidenta podrá convocar a las reuniones, con voz pero sin voto, a las personas que, por sus conocimientos, experiencia o actividades profesionales, puedan contribuir a mejorar el desarrollo de los trabajos de la Mesa.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El presidente o presidenta nombrará al secretario o secretaria de la Mesa.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Dejar sin efecto la Resolución del consejero de Territorio, Energía y Movilidad de 20 de diciembre de 2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Notificar esta Resolución a las personas interesadas y ordenar su publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Movilidad y Vivienda, en el plazo de un mes desde el día siguiente al de la notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;También se podrá interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses desde el día siguiente al de la notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
