CAIB text/html CAIB es 2022-12-31 es 64058 2022-12-31 810 2022-12-28 668700 ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Primero. </strong>&nbsp;Aprobar la oferta pública de empleo público ordinaria para el año 2022 correspondiente al personal laboral de la <span style="color:black">Fundación para los Estudios Superiores de Música y Artes Escénicas de las Islas Baleares (FESMAE-IB)</span>, que supone un total de dos plazas, correspondientes al turno libre, con la distribución indicada en los anexos que se adjuntan y en los términos establecidos en este Acuerdo.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Segundo. </strong>&nbsp;Ofrecer por el turno de oferta de empleo público ordinaria las siguientes plazas, de acuerdo con el siguiente desglose:</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2 plazas de personal laboral que pertenecen al turno libre, correspondiente a la tasa de reposición de efectivos.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Tercero.</strong> &nbsp;Disponer que la oferta de empleo público ordinaria debe publicarse en el plazo improrrogable de tres años a contar desde la fecha de la publicación de este Acuerdo.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Cuarto.</strong> &nbsp;La articulación de los correspondientes procesos selectivos deberá garantizar el cumplimiento de los principios de libre concurrencia, igualdad, mérito, capacidad y publicidad.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Quinto.</strong> &nbsp;Publicar este Acuerdo en <em>el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares</em>.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Sexto. </strong>&nbsp;El orden jurisdiccional social es el competente para resolver las controversias derivadas de este acuerdo, según la Ley 36/2011, de 10 de octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicción social, sin que se pueda interponer ningún recurso en vía administrativa ni reclamación previa a la vía judicial social.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Palma, 23 de diciembre de 2022</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>El presidente de la FESMAE-IB<span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span></strong></span></span><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Martí X.
