&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En fecha 29 de julio de 2022, el presidente del Instituto de Industrias Culturales&amp;nbsp;de las Illes Balears (ICIB) dictó la Resolución por la que se convoca la concesión de&amp;nbsp;subvenciones para apoyar la promoción exterior de proyectos audiovisuales del&amp;nbsp;año 2022 (BOIB n.º 110, de 20 de agosto de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Durante el plazo de presentación de solicitudes para optar a las subvenciones&amp;nbsp;mencionadas, el ICIB recibió catorce solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La Comisión Evaluadora prevista en el apartado 12.2 de la convocatoria se&amp;nbsp;reunió el 24 de noviembre de 2022 para examinar las solicitudes presentadas y&amp;nbsp;emitió el acta que sirve de base para la Propuesta de resolución de la directora del&amp;nbsp;ICIB, que se publicó el 2 de diciembre de 2022 en la página web del ICIB, en sus&amp;nbsp;versiones en lengua catalana y castellana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. De acuerdo con el apartado 13.2 de la convocatoria, las personas interesadas&amp;nbsp;disponían de un plazo de diez días hábiles para presentar alegaciones contra esta&amp;nbsp;Propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Dentro del plazo establecido para las alegaciones, se ha presentado lo&amp;nbsp;siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.1. La Sra. Núria Abad Rivas, como representante de Mom Works, SL, presenta un&amp;nbsp;documento en relación con el expediente PEA 4/2022, en que consta como&amp;nbsp;administradora única de la empresa, sin acompañarlo de ninguna alegación al&amp;nbsp;respecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. El personal del ICIB ha comprobado que las entidades beneficiarias cumplen los&amp;nbsp;requisitos establecidos por la normativa para poder recibir subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto&amp;nbsp;Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 1 de julio de 2009 por la&amp;nbsp;que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de&amp;nbsp;educación y cultura (BOIB n.º 100, de 11 de julio de 2009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El artículo 20.h) de los Estatutos del ICIB, aprobados por el Decreto 50/2018, de&amp;nbsp;21 de diciembre, que dispone que la directora del ICIB es el órgano competente&amp;nbsp;para conceder subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La Resolución del presidente del ICIB de 29 de julio de 2022 por la que se&amp;nbsp;convoca la concesión de subvenciones para apoyar la promoción exterior de&amp;nbsp;proyectos audiovisuales del año 2022 (BOIB n.º 110, de 20 de agosto de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprobar y conceder subvenciones por el importe total de 150.000,00 € a favor&amp;nbsp;de los beneficiarios que se incluyen en el Anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Autorizar y disponer el gasto indicado para cada uno de los beneficiarios con&amp;nbsp;cargo al capítulo 4 del presupuesto del ICIB, con los importes detallados en el&amp;nbsp;Anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Denegar y excluir de la concesión de subvenciones las solicitudes que se&amp;nbsp;indican en el Anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Informar a los beneficiarios de que la justificación y el pago de la subvención se&amp;nbsp;realizarán de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el punto 19 del Anexo de la Resolución&amp;nbsp;del presidente del ICIB de 29 de julio de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, podrá interponerse un&amp;nbsp;recurso de alzada ante el presidente del ICIB, en el plazo de un mes a contar a&amp;nbsp;partir del día siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 122 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las&amp;nbsp;Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de&amp;nbsp;Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes&amp;nbsp;Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
