    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El apartado&amp;nbsp;8.4. de la Resolución del&amp;nbsp;Presidente del Fondo de&amp;nbsp;Garantía Agraria&amp;nbsp;y Pesquera de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;Islas Baleares&amp;nbsp;(FOGAIBA) de 27&amp;nbsp;de febrero de 2015&amp;nbsp;por la&amp;nbsp;que se aprueba la convocatoria&amp;nbsp;para el Fomento de la Producción Integrada, para el año 2015 (Prórroga 2021),&amp;nbsp;especifica&amp;nbsp;que la resolución&amp;nbsp;expresa&amp;nbsp;se notificará&amp;nbsp;a&amp;nbsp;los interesados mediante&amp;nbsp;su publicación en el&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;de acuerdo con los&amp;nbsp;términos&amp;nbsp;previstos en el artículo&amp;nbsp;45.2&amp;nbsp;de la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1&amp;nbsp;de octubre, procedimiento administrativo común de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;Los expedientes&amp;nbsp;han sido&amp;nbsp;tramitados&amp;nbsp;por el Fondo&amp;nbsp;de Garantía Agraria&amp;nbsp;y Pesquera de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;Islas Baleares&amp;nbsp;(FOGAIBA) en cumplimiento de lo&amp;nbsp;dispuesto en el artículo&amp;nbsp;43&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, procedimiento administrativo común de las&amp;nbsp;administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El vicepresidente&amp;nbsp;en Materia Agraria del FOGAIBA, con fecha 3&amp;nbsp;de noviembre&amp;nbsp;de 2022, firmó la siguiente resolución, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.Con fecha 10/06/2015 se registró la solicitud de ayuda a nombre de MARGARITA MOREY DIAZ con NIF núm ***2811**, al amparo de la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 28 de febrero de 2015 por la que se aprueba la convocatoria para el año 2015 de las ayudas destinadas al fomento de producción integrada y sus posteriores modificaciones. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.El día 22 de julio de 2017 el vicepresidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) aprobó la ayuda correspondiente al expediente núm. PI 201/2015 de la línea de ayuda destinada a la producción integrada, a favor de MARGARITA MOREY DÍAZ con NIF núm.***2811** un importe máximo de 17.707,10€ repartidos en cinco anualidades de 3.541,42€, correspondientes a una superficie comprometida de CEREALES 62,54 (BOIB 89, 22/07/2017). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.Se han realizado los siguientes pagos de las anualidad a las fechas que figuran a continuación a favor de MARGARITA MOREY DÍAZ:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.Con fecha 30 de enero de 2021 se publicó, en el BOIB núm. 13, la Resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) por la que se aprueba la convocatoria, para el año 2021, de las ayudas para prorrogar los compromisos asumidos por las ayudas destinadas al fomento de la producción integrada&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;5.Co&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;n fecha 14/04/2021 se realizará mediante la aplicación Sistema de Gestión de Ayudas, una subrogación de los compromisos a los que se tenía derecho de la ayuda de producción integrada por el expediente PI 201/2015 a favor de MARIA COMPA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;NY&amp;nbsp;MOREY, con NIF núm. ***2651**. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;6.Los servicios gestores han comprobado la información necesaria para efectuar la evaluación del cumplimiento de los requisitos por parte del nuevo titular para ser beneficiario de la ayuda. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;7.El nuevo titular y la explotación agraria indicadas en la solicitud cumplen los requisitos indicados en la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 17 de marzo de 2015 por la que se aprueba la convocatoria para el año 2015 de las ayudas destinadas al fomento de la producción integrada.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;21.Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;5.Publicar la resolución en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
