2022-12-29 781083 ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Antecedentes</strong></span></span></p> <ol start="1"> <li> <p>En el en BOIB núm. 162, de 13 de diciembre de 2022 se ha publicado la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Formación Profesional de 2 de diciembre de 2022 por la que se convoca el procedimiento para evaluar y acreditar las competencias profesionales adquiridas a través de la experiencia laboral o de vías no formales de formación, programa financiado por el Ministerio de Educación y Formación Profesional y por la Unión Europea-Next GenerationEU, en el marco del Mecanismo del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia.</p> </li> <li> <p>En la Resolución mencionada se ha advertido un error en el Anexo 2 (versión catalana) donde se aprueba las unidades de competencia convocadas, con indicación de la cualificación profesional, el certificado de profesionalidad y el título de formación profesional de referencia, concretamente en las tablas donde se convocan las unidades de competencia de las cualificaciones profesionales COM731_3. Gestión de eventos corporativos y EOC642_3. Control de ejecución de obras de edificación.</p> </li> </ol> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Fundamentos de Derecho</strong></span></span></p> <ol start="1"> <li> <p>El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que estas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de las personas interesadas, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos que haya en sus actos.</p> </li> <li> <p>Por otro lado, el artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, dispone que la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actas y disposiciones administrativos corresponde al órgano que haya dictado el acto o la disposición.</p> </li> </ol> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a">Por todo lo anterior, dicto la siguiente</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Resolución</strong></span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px">1.
