    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se hace público que el Pleno del Consell Insular en sesión de carácter ordinario de 19 de diciembre de 2022, adoptó, entre otros, el acuerdo de aprobación provisional de la siguiente modificación presupuestaria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar inicialment l'expedient de modificació pressupostària en la modalitat de suplement de crèdits, finançat amb càrrec al romanent de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;tresoreria per a despesa general segons la liquidació del pressupost del l'exercici 2021,&lt;/span&gt; segons memòria que consta a l'expedient 0426/2022/000024 i d'acord amb el detall de la taula següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Disposar l'exposició al públic de l'expedient relatiu a aquesta modificació pressupostària, per un termini de 15 dies hàbils comptats des de l'endemà del dia que es publiqui el corresponent anunci en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, que també es publicarà en el tauler d'edictes de la corporació, per tal que les persones interessades puguin examinar l'expedient i presentar-hi les &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;reclamacions que considerin pertinents davant el Ple. Modificació que es considerarà definitivament aprovada si durant el termini esmentat no s'hagueren presentat reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER. &lt;/strong&gt;Indicar que, de conformitat amb el que disposen l'article 23.4 del Reial decret llei 18/2022, de 18 d'octubre, i l'article 177.6 del TRLRHL i sense perjudici de l'establert al punt anterior, aquest acord serà immediatament executiu, sense perjudici de les reclamacions que contra aquest es promoguessin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Així mateix, les reclamacions que es presentin hauran de substanciar-se dins dels vuit dies següents a la presentació, entenent-se desestimades de no notificar-se'n la resolució al recurrent dins aquest termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
